“Black Tie Moving was recommended to us by our Dallas realtor. They were very easy to deal with and setting up the details of the move was easy. Our movers arrived on time and took great care in wrapping and protecting our furniture. Super nice and polite young men, they were extremely hard working and efficient. Moving is stressful but Black Tie made this move for us as stress free as possible. Unloading at our new location involved using a freight elevator (that broke late in the afternoon) and putting down protective flooring in the hallways. The movers handled it all with calmness and got us moved in and ready to start our time in Dallas!”

Update/Edit: I’ve never had my lock malfunction and not let me in and when I went down to the office the Assistant manager, Ramone, aka the welder!! Cut my lock right off and replaced it within 20 minutes!! Love the staff here!!”

“We are a returning customer from 2021. Office staff was great to work with during the initial rental process and very accommodating and pleasant. Reasonably priced and offered a 1-year no rate increase deal. Update 8/25/26 - We just downsized from 2 to 1 10x20 sq ft units as we are finally moving into our permanent place, but are keeping one 10x20 unit in a first floor climate-controlled building. Our experience continues to be very good and the current office staff (especially Rose who we have primarily dealt with) are very customer service oriented and pleasant to deal with. Access to facility at all hours is a big plus and 12-month rate guarantee has been great.”

I have extensive experience with other storage companies lacking in customer care. Trust me - this is the most important factor in storing your belongings!
The property is immaculate! The concrete floors look polished! Driveways are clean & free of debris. Lovely potted flowers welcome you to the property! ?
That is always a sign that someone cares!
Reasonable prices, maintenance AND great customer service are rare in this business.
Admittedly this facility is not in the most convenient location and has some challenging hills & ramps. However, the service here makes it worthwhile and it's great exercise too.
I trust all my belongings are safe here and I highly recommend Ambassador Storage ?”

“I had an awesome experience meeting the Property Manager Reggie at Public Storage! I saw him outside taking the time to clean up and take care of the property, and we started talking. He gave me some great knowledge about the Labor Day specials and explained what makes Public Storage’s units and service stand out compared to other places.
Honestly, I had never even considered using Public Storage before. I’m currently cleaning out my garage and was looking into storage options, but after my interaction with Reggie, I’m definitely going to be renting a unit this weekend.
It’s not every day you come across a manager who takes pride in his property, knows his business, and is willing to take the time to educate and help a potential customer without any pressure. Reggie made a great first impression and is a true asset to Public Storage.

“Had a space here for a few years. Never had an issue. Gate was ALWAYS in working order. Staff easy to get a hold of and change the gate code monthly. My only complaint was parking under a large tree in the back and would constantly find ants and spiders all over my vehicle because of it. Just comes with being an uncovered outdoor facility I guess”
