“I can honestly say, I had the privilege today to speak to the best employee at Extra space storage on mill rd today, Ralph not only had such a positive voice, He handled my questions, with stride. Very smart to have Ralph on your schedule. He is a team player, I know this because my first attempt, I called another location at witch a female, was answer a work phone, like it was personal, and said she could not assist me. , I mentioned this to Ralph, his response was she most likely misunderstood my needs, to please give her a chance if I could spare a second. I really enjoyed all the great help, and He spoke to me with all respect. Very rare these days, I’m all smiles today, and possibly will take my second to give his co-employees chance to redeem her professional side. I’d like to give Ralph a raise, and paid time off, ( never met him). Keep up the wonderful communication and skills. Never know what ppl will say about you on the job. Take care Ralph and all Extra space storage employees.”

Update/Edit: I’ve never had my lock malfunction and not let me in and when I went down to the office the Assistant manager, Ramone, aka the welder!! Cut my lock right off and replaced it within 20 minutes!! Love the staff here!!”
“Very good so far, the person at the location (1236 Texas Road) is friendly and very much helpful). The process is easy and fast. The location is clean. Just remember, the final cost includes the insurance paid monthly, so higher than what you see on the website.”

Rachelle & Ken provide stellar customer service! I have rented a unit here for over two years and recently rented a second unit.
I have extensive experience with other storage companies lacking in customer care. Trust me - this is the most important factor in storing your belongings!
The property is immaculate! The concrete floors look polished! Driveways are clean & free of debris. Lovely potted flowers welcome you to the property! ?
That is always a sign that someone cares!
Reasonable prices, maintenance AND great customer service are rare in this business.
Admittedly this facility is not in the most convenient location and has some challenging hills & ramps. However, the service here makes it worthwhile and it's great exercise too.
I trust all my belongings are safe here and I highly recommend Ambassador Storage ?”

“Had a space here for a few years. Never had an issue. Gate was ALWAYS in working order. Staff easy to get a hold of and change the gate code monthly. My only complaint was parking under a large tree in the back and would constantly find ants and spiders all over my vehicle because of it. Just comes with being an uncovered outdoor facility I guess”
