HORRIBLE customer service by the teller and the Banker name Sandy. I just need a verification of deposit letter. They cant even provide me that and want me to make an appointment and come back again. I rather go to wells Fargo In Carrollton they are much friendly and helpful. Teller make a verification of deposit letter for you and don't required appointment. Lazy staff, no greeting and my last visit to this branch.

Today on 11/23/2022 around 1:30 pm, me and my coworker were redirected to somewhere else for notary service because the document we were trying to notarize did not have the paragraph where she can fill and sign. She said under Wells Fargo they cannot sign such a document. But she recorded all the personal information on the ledger.I had a similar document notarized at another Wells Fargo branch without any issues. They even printed an additional seal page without sending me some other place.Overall It was an unprofessional experience and waste of time.

Do not offer change counter anymore. So we put in all our coins into the rolls they have us. When we brought the rolls they still had to recount everything by hand. We've been here over three hours and they're only counting between customers. Not enough staff to serve us and customers coming through the door. Kicker... there's a sign by the cashier by saying how badly they need coins. Yet when we bring them a bunch of coins they can't handle it.

Worst customer experience I have ever experienced with a bank. My wife and I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and we went in to open a new joint account with my wife. The clerk put my wife as primary. I requested myself as primary and my wife as secondary. My wife has stage 4 cancer and we do not know how long she has to live. I was accused of being suspicious for asking to put myself primary. How rude and I have never been treated like that before. She did this because I am Hispanic and she is stereotyping me. What really is amazing is that this branch previously had great people working there. Now their customer service is terrible. No wonder they have so many 1 ratings in google reviews.

To the yucky, blonde teller that came to “assist”, may God bless you and your god awful attitude during these tough and pressing times. I hope your day gets better, sweetie! To the poor people that bank here, I am sorry for this location’s poor customer service. Apologies don’t make it out of their mouth for any inconvenience, just taunts and smirks! Don’t ignore the bad reviews, let this location be your last resort.

Had an appointment today at 1:30, which I was assisted by another employee. Service was going great until the lady who I had my appointment with named Marisol came out. She asked the lady who was I and the young lady told her your 1:30 appointment. Then Marisol stated oh well I was at lunch anyways. First of all no one complained about her not attending me nor did I say anything about her not attending me. She was very unprofessional, rude and her comment was uncalled for.

I am so disgusted with Wells Fargo right now. Your “no interest” period is a scam! There is no warning when you hit me with interest that was over the balance I had left! And then you started charging almost 30% interest after that! I know one bank I will NEVER deal with again. Disgusting!

I literally called just to get some information about my account & a pending check & the lady STRAIGHT UP hung up on me. she didn't even say anything or assist me, just hung up. i definitely won't be calling or going to this location again.
