They are always helpful. I don't care for the cooperate policies, however these great people make up for it.

Went there because there had been fraudulent activity on bank card. They took care of everything very quickly. Everyone we spoke with was very nice and helpful. Thank You for your great customer service, it's really appreciated.

I only go on Saturdays, and the wait is ridiculous. They don't have people that can do longer account stuff at desks so the tellers do it all. So, if you have a "quick" deposit or withdrawal that can't be done at the machine, it takes forever.
