Since then I have opened additional accounts there and conducted several different types of transactions. This branch feels like a small town bank in the excellent customer service that I have experienced. Mr. Amaya is one to go the extra mile and the personal bankers/tellers are always cheerful and ready to assist. Their fraud department is also very diligent in detecting out of the norm transactions; and the branch manager will call to confirm accuracy before processing.”
