“Had to replace a lightbulb on a Mercedes, and both guys there were quick, and friendly. When the bulb was difficult to get back in because of the AWESOME Mercedes metal clip, they both helped, and when none of us could get it to stay on, helped figure out a way to rig it into place so I could get home.
Whoever their boss is, the guys working the closing shift 2/9/2025 are both fantastic, and well worth investing time into developing them along their careers with the company.”

Upon speaking with Elisa I was informed by her that the store offers diagnostics and potential repairs for my issue in question and surely enough they were able to help!
After speaking to the team we were able to schedule an appointment for repair and Elisa was able to change the part(s) in question swiftly.

“Me and my husband love this place however there is a lady with blonde hair that’s has no clue what’s going on .. we have purchased several parts she said would fit that was very important then after trying to apply the part realized it don’t fit this is the 5th part found out from another associate they don’t even have the part to fit the car so we have to go thru the refund process.. if we ever go in here again I won’t let her assist me ..
