“Great people. I took my broken starter there from my 2016 Civic EX to see if they can rebuild it. They opened it up on the spot to see if they can fix it. Told me they can't fix it (can't get parts) and even if they could, it'd be just as expensive as buying a new one, so I should just buy a new one from somewhere else. I walked out without doing business with them, and that's why they earned my review. They are honest and friendly people, and I would definitely come back for future starter repair needs.”

Upon speaking with Elisa I was informed by her that the store offers diagnostics and potential repairs for my issue in question and surely enough they were able to help!
After speaking to the team we were able to schedule an appointment for repair and Elisa was able to change the part(s) in question swiftly.

“I went in yesterday to get some oil for my car, and was helped by a young gentleman named Andrew. He helped me get the correct oil for my vehicle and then helped me further by putting the oil in for me! He has a great attitude, is very polite and courteous, and really seems to enjoy his work there. He made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience for me so much better!! Thank you!!”

Additionally, I had an issue with the bolt on one of my battery terminals, and they did everything they could to make it right, regardless of it being bent prior to me taking it in and it being a pain to deal with. “The battery in my Jeep began failing and I went back to O'Reilly where I bought it and it was replaced under warranty. The gentleman who helped me was Kevin and I just have to say that the level of customer service he provided raised the bar on my expectations. Kevin tested my battery and found it to be faulty and then removed and replaced it with a new one. I didn't even have to ask. That's some outstanding customer service and I will be returning because this kind of service is uncommon these days. Thank you, Kevin!”
“So I had contacted a few auto placed including autozone to see if they were able to change out my battery terminal out because it was broken. They all stated they couldn't. Aaron, at O'reilly, was super helpful and although he did not have the parts for my vehicle, instructed me where I could get the part at another O'Reilly down the block. The other O'reilly's worker stated they would not change out the terminal for me. I brought the part back and Aaron swiftly replaced my broken piece and sent me on the road safely. Because the person has little knowledge of customer service because they have no manners, and they don't know about cars either. It does not register your purchase as a customer, even if you tell it at the time before paying. (My experience) .
He does not know how to give an explanation or recommendation about what he sells.
You ask it and it only tells you what the computer has as information.

“I called today and spoke to Jason about a battery, he said the notes in the computer said they couldn't change the battery but come In so I can look at it. When I walked in the door he knew it was me and gave me a kind greeting & said let's give it a look, he tugged and tugged and said jokingly I can't do it and then laughed and said just kidding. Jason checked my battery to make sure that was my problem, he went completely above and beyond to help me. There's not many I've come across in this day and age that genuinely wants to help people. Please give him a raise and promotion. Jason should be the one traveling around training your other employees in customer service and kindness.
