“Great people. I took my broken starter there from my 2016 Civic EX to see if they can rebuild it. They opened it up on the spot to see if they can fix it. Told me they can't fix it (can't get parts) and even if they could, it'd be just as expensive as buying a new one, so I should just buy a new one from somewhere else. I walked out without doing business with them, and that's why they earned my review. They are honest and friendly people, and I would definitely come back for future starter repair needs.”

3210 Antoine Dr, Houston TX 77092
“Long story short. Yesterday, one of my machines went down, and the replacement part was several hundred dollars with a few weeks delivery. So after speaking with a sales rep here at Ace. He took a look at the circuit board and noticed all of the components looked really good and noted there are no visual signs of any blow components. He offered an alternative suggest in replacing the fuse on the board which fixed the issue saving me several hundred dollars and invaluable down time. Thank Ace! I didn't catch your name but thank you for your expertise and help diagnosing the my issue. You definitely excelle in customer service.”

“Assistant Manager, George, is exceedingly helpful. While my husband was away on business he insured that I had the right product and boy what a difference it made! I’m grateful for his helpful service. 8/4/26 Danny and Manager Mark provided kind and helpful service today. I was looking for a replacement for the pin that holds the 2 parts of the pump bar together. They took time to help me find a solution and were knowledgeable and kind. The husband and I are dealing with other automotive complications, but their efforts certainly made for a much needed win. So grateful for these gents.”

“I called this morning for a quote on a part for a vehicle and the man who answered was really helpful. They have the part at another location and can get it to the store fast but I decided just to drive and get it myself. It was helpful to know where to go so I don't make a blank trip. And they gave me a great price. I always recommend O'Reily for all your needs for auto parts and so much more. I just found out they sell weed eater string the other day ! That is so helpful ! monday August 10th update I went into this location and they did just as great when I went into the store. thanks”
