That's not always what you will get here. Sure they can usually find your part scrolling through endless lists of parts. But it takes time. Part of that is my fault for not knowing the proper name for the part. But an auto parts worker should KNOW imo.”

“This is the O'Reilly store I'm at all the time and always happy with the people and the service. But here lately been having to get more parts for my excursion and when I call about a part to see if they have it, they say "yeah, got one in stock". I get there (walking) and it's completely wrong part and they don't have what I need. Also call them to ask about something and if I say "sorry I couldn't hear you" they hang up on me. But I'm not loosing hope this will change otherwise I'll start walking to the next closest one 5 miles away.”
