“My service advisor, Karah, was friendly and efficient and kept me posted on progress throughout. Even though it was close to closing time, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable the whole time, never rushed! When I had a small concern, the service manager, Vince, actually called me himself to resolve it. He was great! The waiting area is always clean, seating is comfortable and abundant, free Wi-Fi, free coffee bar, chargers for your phone/laptops, etc. I buy my cars and have them serviced only through community Toyota! I've had great experiences with both the sales department and service department. Also, and the service department... A highly recommend ask for Aaron Alonso to do your work! Amazing mechanic!”

The front desk lady was also amazing, she assisted me with my insurance company since they were not as responsive with me and there were some issues with my deductible but she got it all figured out and. “I shop at the #8501 store in Deer Park, Tx. I've been in there a few times this week pertaining to some work I'm doing on my transmission. The associate at the store, I believe his name is Daniel according to the name on my receipt, has been helping me every time I've been in there. I've had several questions about my transmission and he's been very courteous and patient in helping me out. He's taken the time to explain to me why I may be having the issues with my transmission as well as giving me advice on a path forward to resolve the problems.

“I have to say if I give someone 5 Stars they are really good. This place is awesome!! Whatever you need to add to your vehicle. They went out of their way to service my vehicle and fit me in. When they pulled it in, they told me that they thought the radiator was leaking and then they came back and said it’s actually the water pump and they said you cannot drive it home. You won’t make it from Baytown to Atascocita so they called the place down the street had them fit me in and I took my truck down there and they fixed it. They were right though water pump had gone out thank goodness that they cared enough to tell me and they added fluid to it so I could make it down the street! Cannot say enough good things about this group! Thanks Todd!”
