βThe associates here always work to keep the store neat and items in the correct place, even on busy days. Checkout is always friendly and so are returns. All of the associates also make sure you know about the most recent coupons and deals before you pay!β
βThus Kohls is ok. Prices are ridiculous on some things, but when they have additional 50% off, it's def worth it to check out. Some things (shoes, certain kid's clothes) you can find for less and still not risk the quality. But at least they do have quality clothes. You can also return Amazon products here for free. There is also a Sephora in here, which I do not go to because that's my thing, but it smells nice lolβ

βFind what I needed and cashier was friendly. I did invite to our campus career job fair and manager mentioned trying to have someone available. Second year, no support because no one showed up.β
βWent in the morning. Plenty of self check out lanes open. The clerk stocking helped me find what i need. Then they even had the kojko and karma vitamin c drinks ive veen looking for!β
βI had gone to five different Tractor Supply stores that all showed the item I needed as “in stock,” but none of them were able to help me find it. I was about ready to give up when I stopped at this location. Claydon, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond by calling another store, confirming they actually had the item, and even having them set it aside for me. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Because of Claydon, I won’t be shopping at any other Tractor Supply location again, even though this store is 25 minutes away from me. It’s worth the drive to know I’ll be treated with excellent customer service. Thank you, Claydon, for going the extra mile. You’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer!β
βGreat variety of items. Always get carried away in here buying stuff that I really do not need. The staff is nice. Great deals in here. Love shopping here for my baby's clothes. The aisles get crammed easy though. Will be back 1000%.β

βI ventured to target with my hubby wubby as it was date night and we needed groceries. i am fully aware that it is a bit unfortunate that we must spend our date nights doing chores but i love our family and i am willing to do whatever it takes to care for them. anyways i had a lot of fun shopping and the music was as my teenagers say pretty lit LOL. we had an easy time finding things needed but unfortunately i still haven't found intimate time with my husband. i sometimes long for his touch and affection but after 3 children he won't look at me the same. i feel like i just don't satisfy him anymore and our love is fading... anyways Target was amazing and everything was amazing just like the bedroom used to be for me and my hubby but now he never wants to do anything because he's tired or has to wake up early for work.. anyways Target was amazing highly recommend!β

βFour stars because my issue is with Walmart, not the local store. I had trouble making my purchases because I only used Walmart Pay as an option. However it wasn't working, although my cards worked independently on Google wallet, and when I contacted the banks.
That A.I. customer service is virtually useless to me.
It might improve in the future but who wants to wait?
I want to thank the ladies who went above and beyond to assist me in doing battle with that computer system. The young lady with the glasses and the others two from customer service. That you for your paitence and putting your heads together so I was able to pay for my merchandise. Should I return in the future, I will be using a alternative to the pay tap system.β

βPrices are pretty good. Recently moved and picked up a few house items to get started. Pot we purchased under a month ago already has Teflon coming off though. Don't recommend getting pots and pans from here. Service was nice enough.β
βI scan almost every item on the app to see the price and know what I want to get or not. It's soo convenient to use and also spacious to move around there. The organization of the store has been really great to go straight to the sections.β
βAs far as this location they were fantastic. As far as tractor supply shipping and the customer service ITS HORRIBLE!!!! I purchased dog food for delivery as I about a week or so out from being empty. I was given a reminder on Monday saying my item is expected to be delivered the next day. It wasn't, I waited another day. It wasn't I looked at the fed ex tracking just to see item is damaged and deemed undeliverable. I sat on hold for 68 min with customer service and decided to come up here the team member although they don't really deal with shipping orders tried to contact customer service approximately 35min later still not able to get a hold of customer service the store manager said just come here and I'll make it right. Thank you sir, wish corporate wouldn't put you in those situations.β
βElizabeth was so amazingly sweet and just amazing customer service at the register, she even told me about the QR code that Iβd save some money! And truth be told all the girls were so kind and just always had a smile, I even cracked a joke with one of them and such great vibes in the store. I was so happy as a customer whoβs been going there for years that Melrose found some amazing employees. Just wonderful!β
