“I had such a great experience shopping at Macy's in the Houston Galleria thanks to Andrew Head. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome.
We were shopping for a gift for my brother-in-law and weren't quite sure what to get. Andrew took the time to listen to what we were looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions. Since my brother-in-law is about Andrew's height and build, Andrew was able to give us helpful insight on sizing and styles, which made choosing the perfect gift so much easier.

“Parking lot is scary. It’s very big and empty. Most other retail around is out of business. The store had great discounts and full of merchandise although there were not that many customers. Went to pick up an order all the way in the back. Store is clean.”

“I was passing by the Chanel counter at Macy’s in Memorial City today when Heidi showed me the new COCO MADEMOISELLE fragrance. I absolutely loved it! I wasn’t planning on buying anything, but after trying it, I couldn’t resist—it smelled amazing.
Heidi also helped me with my makeup, and I was so impressed by her knowledge and expertise. She is so sweet, professional, and truly knows her stuff. I also really liked her makeup!”

It's a fun little yen store that you can see how much each of the items would sell for in Japan. Is it more expensive state side? Of course, but the experience of being able to shop in a Japanese Daiso was worth it. Hope they come to Alexandria!”

“This location has a lot of high-end stuff I've seen Gucci Burberry Saint Laurent Kate Spade and many other expensive brands. I would have thought things were a little cheaper but they were almost poor of what they were charging the galleria area but it does not come with the package. However the staff is friendly and the store is tidy, normally in these type of stores is stuff everywhere but this was very much in order and they might quite possibly have the best holiday decorations because that's where we get all of our stuff to match the monthly decor”
