My husband and I recently worked with Iantha Roberson in the men's department at Macy's Galleria, and she provided exceptional customer service! She was personable, pleasant, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.
Neither of us knows much about men's tuxedo wear, but Iantha does. She worked within our budget, which was very limited, and made timely suggestions. She also made us feel comfortable enough to ask questions without feeling rushed or out of place.
With the price of gas, food, and healthcare weighing on so many of us right now, shopping for formal wear on a tight budget can be stressful. Iantha eased that load for us, even if just for a moment. She was patient, respectful of our limits, and never once made us feel like we were asking for too much. That kind of care is rare, and it made a real difference in our day.

“This location has a lot of high-end stuff I've seen Gucci Burberry Saint Laurent Kate Spade and many other expensive brands. I would have thought things were a little cheaper but they were almost poor of what they were charging the galleria area but it does not come with the package. However the staff is friendly and the store is tidy, normally in these type of stores is stuff everywhere but this was very much in order and they might quite possibly have the best holiday decorations because that's where we get all of our stuff to match the monthly decor”
“This is my 2nd time in this target location. I am from California and I am here in Houston for cancer treatment at Md Anderson. I must tell you I haven’t been to a target store that I enjoyed more. Most of all I am so impressed with the staff you have here. I especially want to give a shout out to Eddie who is a greeter and to Zachary who works behind the counter at Starbucks. “Nordstrom Rack is an excellent option if you’re looking for clothing, footwear, and accessories from well-known brands at very good prices. The store offers a great variety of products for both men and women, with a great selection of footwear from brands such as Tory Burch, Sperry, HOKA, Nike, and Crocs.
The watch selection is somewhat limited in terms of inventory, but they do carry some interesting brands, including Citizen, Bulova, and MICHELE, which is a brand that can be somewhat difficult to find in stores like this.
For men, they also have a very good selection of brands, including Polo Ralph Lauren, Original Penguin, Brooks Brothers, Callaway, and Nike, among others. There are also plenty of great deals throughout the store, making it a great place to find quality brands at discounted prices.
One thing I really appreciate about this location is how well organized and clean the store is. The merchandise is displayed very nicely, and it’s easy to browse and find what you’re looking for. The store also has a very large parking lot and is located in a safe area.
Overall, this is definitely a store worth visiting, especially if you’re looking for well-known brands at lower prices. With the great variety of products, excellent organization, cleanliness, and very good deals, Nordstrom Rack is definitely a place I would recommend checking out.”
