“This store had a little bit of everything! From family above ground pools, bounce houses, go carts and brand new clothes for $1.50 each. I had a great time shopping for random finds. Everyone was pleasant. Will definitely be back.”

“Thank you to Jamal, the manager, he took the time to get MIRACLE Grow in the back for my perennial indoor plants. The plants that we have help oxygenate the air removing toxins that noticeably bring relaxation at night. Mother in laws tongue and English Ivy.”
“In my humble opinion the Krazy Dollar is absolutely the best store of its kind. Most things are a $1.99 and they always seem to have what I'm looking. Was able complete my Christmas shopping without breaking the bank. Store is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. For a store of this kind, it is second to none.”
“This Dollar General is the most organized I have EVER been to. Not only that, but every time I have ever stopped by, the atmosphere is so positive. I walk out of the store feeling good, which is odd because it's just a Dollar General. Seriously, I don't get this at Target or Wal-Mart, or any store for that matter. That's really what prompted me to leave this review. Not to mention this store is located in a low income neighborhood area. It's a blessing for the surrounding community to have a store like this around the corner. Normally store owners feel like if the neighborhood is low income, they deserve unorganized shelves, dirty floors, no smiles, etc. Not this one. Every employee here is also very kind and great taste in music. Each time I have visited, I'm hearing a blast from the past and I feel like I'm a 15 year old in high school again. Anyway, I'm going to start planning my Dollar Store trips so this store is the one I stop at instead of the one by my house. Kudos to whoever is running this store.”

Then I came across the Sheffield Liquidation Store in Crosby on Facebook and thought, “I need to go there immediately!”? When I went, I was shocked at all the good stuff y’all have. Also, thank you to Sheyanne and Alana, they were very sweet. I loved it so much that I went back the next day!”

“There are new changes coming soon! As of 1/25/20, there is NO LONGER A CLOTHES DEPT!!To make up for it, which I did not really mind because it was always a mess, the store will now have a bigger card section and balloons. So it seems like it... we will have to wait for the finished product ?”
“Im there regularly and it's my go to FD! My visits always go smoothly and the 2 black gentleman are always so helpful and accommodating to me. If I need help taking an item to my car they help with a smile on their face! Well all the employees are wonderful to me and have great customer service which is very rare these days! “Love having the Dollar Store so close. I can typically find some solution for what I need here. Always milk, bread, toilet paper, detergent and the necessities. This location really needs a remodel. The employees work hard to keep it clean and organized but the stockrooms, bathrooms, ceilings, floors are in horrible shape. Must be depressing to have such funky facilities and no break area. GM, needs to do better for the employees. Clear difference in this location and other close ones.”
“The district manager to this store and the stores are all wrong Crosby and Huffman and district manager she ignores the disabled she doesn't want him in their store she afraid of the disabled and she doesn't return phone calls and she's a very nasty nasty lady not sure exactly what her name is. She ignores the disabled and she laughs at them in fact all her employees too that's what she teaches them. I'm sorry I swear I said that at Bob said it's disabled and just ruined nasty I'm very un professional”

“Most Dollar General stores I’ve been to in the area have been very disorganized and dirty. This specific location is clean and well stocked with excellent customer service. The manager for this store has raised the standard for what I come to expect. I hope this spreads to the other Dollar generals.”

“Most Dollar Generals are messy with rude service. Not this one. The male employee is friendly and happy to help. The manager is great too. She cares about her customers. I have a DG by my house (Garth and Decker), but I drive farther to come to this one because that one is trash. Thanks guys for making my shopping experience pleasurable instead of stressful.”

“First time ever I got attitude from a cashier. Cashiers always friendly except for today. Cashier long tinted hair had poor attitude. More interest in her phone than helping me out. Wouldn’t even move out of the way when I was walking to the checkout. Had to ask her to move and when she wouldn’t I had to walk around her. Just stood there in front of me. At the cash register no greeting. Just scanned my purchases and grunted a little. Oh well.”
