Wish I could give Frontier Negative stars.Living in Newport you get used to regular power outages. Little did I know they would pale in comparison to the frequent, prolonged, and random Fiber outages. I sit here in the middle of my 3rd 24hr+ outage this month wondering why oh why cant I just live in somalia or Afghanistan or something where they probably have better service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE ?I cut cable to pick up Frontier Fiber services. So far it has been a terrible experience.Too many issues, too many interruptions, and outages of tv AND internet services.You will get dishonest answers all the way, like "working quickly" when the outage lasts 2 days already. You have ZERO chance to get a status update, if something breaks or fails. They keep you in the dark.Their "support" services are clearly located offshore, far away from the customer and the issues. They clearly have only very limited customer support in a real situation.And they request you to contact them on Social Media ... WHAT??? ... so being a Frontier customer comes with the obligation to have a FB or twitter account??? Just because they cannot provide contact to their local customer service???If they even have such - I am so tired to talk to their terrible AI, that by design only allows for very limited options and questions, so they could hide the limitations of their llousy customer care and would not feel exposed to rightful criticism.If I could give ZERO stars, they would have it ...

We have been with frontier for a while now. Occasional outages but usually quick to resolve. But as of 8/19/21 we have been part of an outage, that was just resolved today 9/27/21. Yet, we still do not have service. I have spoken to customer service, and a few managers. Nobody knows what is going on, and some managers have refused to do their job. I have been woken up every day for a month now to frontier texting me that we are part of an outage. Today i received a message saying the outage was fixed and to respond to the text keep if our issues were not resolved. I responded keep, yet it seems frontier continues to close out our open tickets without there being a resolution.

Horrible establishment. The management is horrible and the workers are prejudice. If you have a company that works with the general public why be so judgmental. I literally was looking for a training facility in the area pulled in to this place by accident and was met by the owner saying get off my property. I was amazed of the audacity to just say get off my property not can I help you or even seeing if I was a customer.
