That is what I call above and beyond terrific customer service.

“I woke up early in the morning to find a license plate screw because it kept falling out on my brand new 2026 Nissan Sentra. I walked into this particular Autozone. Then one of the workers walked in and yelled to me” looking for a screw for your license plate”. He then proceeded to to give me 6 star service. He found the fastener, made the hole larger in my license plate, and proceeded to complete the entire job. I didn’t get this kind of service at the dealership in Houston. I didn’t get his name( totally my fault) but the service he provided was impeccable!! I told my son to come to this autozone while he attends Hill college!!
