“I went in to the branch this morning because my debit card wasn’t working. Melissa Apley got right on it and after determining that it was a fraudulent issue with my debit card, she immediately issued me a new one. She also helped me go from my secured credit card to a regular credit card and helped with the holiday express loan. This morning started out with with my debit card issues, but quickly turned into a better morning. All with the help from Melissa. She was absolutely amazing and her customer service is outstanding.”

“I have banked with Woodforest since 2012. I have never gotten a fee. If you simply pay attention when opening the account you can see that most to all fees are avoidable. Extended hours are a plus and with Covid you could tell that even though they changed hours, they let you walk up without appointment unlike every other bank close by.
