“I went in to the branch this morning because my debit card wasn’t working. Melissa Apley got right on it and after determining that it was a fraudulent issue with my debit card, she immediately issued me a new one. She also helped me go from my secured credit card to a regular credit card and helped with the holiday express loan. This morning started out with with my debit card issues, but quickly turned into a better morning. All with the help from Melissa. She was absolutely amazing and her customer service is outstanding.”
