I dont usually do reviews but with the amazing experience i figured i would today. Juana Contreras is amazing,My husband and i used to file with H&R,Long story short we tried a diff company in 2023 and our money was pocketed through the person we filed with so we got no return that year due to his theft,we had kept calling the company and they just kept saying to call the IRS and figure it out with them. To cut my review short we decided to go back with H&R this year (we shouldve never tried a new company in the first place) and JUANA Contreras was our file. She did AMAZING in helping us figure everything out to file for this year and NOT ONLY that but helped us figure out what we needed to do to help get the money we didnt recieve in 2023 as well. I 10/10 recommend her and HER STAFF are AMAZING,they had so much patience,were VERY KIND,VERY professional and i genuinely believe they deserved this 5 star review. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been going to H&R Block in Hondo for the past three years now. It is under new ownership and I was a bit sad to know the previous staff was no longer there. They provided such great customer service in the past and I was looking forward to seeing Deborah again this year.I wish her and Henryk a very happy retirement.I was absolutely pleased to meet one of the new tax experts, Juana, during my appointment this year.Juana was friendly, fast, and welcoming during our session. She took the time to answer my questions, help me navigate options and made the whole process easy and stress free.I highly recommend this business.

The personal attention I was given by Miss Deborah. She is patient and professional and knows the true meaning of customer service (which is unfortunately a thing of the past). She is also very knowledgeable and always gets me the most on my return.
