“My appointment was at 7:20 AM. I arrived, signed in at the kiosk, and waited no more than two or three minutes before I was called in. The staff member was professional and efficient. I was in and out of there in probably around 10-15 minutes. This is probably the second or third time I've gone to this Quest location and I've always had good experiences there.”
“A little late sorry but I’ve been going here for years now, for my kids and myself. A few weeks ago I went for my sons 11 year old shots and it was by far my best experience yet. All the ladies are always nice but I’ve never met someone like Bianca. She’s very attentive to what we had to say, she guided us in the right direction and overall was amazing. It was the first time my son didn’t complain about the vaccine hurting. She did an awesome job! Immunize El Paso has and will always be my go to. Awesome job overall!!!!!”

“More registration kiosks for patient sign-in would be helpful to wind down the traffic inside the waiting area at most Quest Diagnostic clinics. Text message for patient sign-in are very helpful but sometimes are down and inoperable. But I would still recommend Quest Diagnostics. Thank you.”
“Ri-Tech Drug & Dna Testing site is an excellent D/A facility. There prompt attention to all matters pertaining to any of our companies are addressed immediately. We have had no issues and have always been treated with respect and great professionalism. I recommend this site for all testing needs. GOOD JOB !!!”
