I don't usually write reviews, but Mary at the Lakeway Public Storage facility deserves one! Moving and storage can be so stressful, but Mary made it completely seamless.
She is incredibly responsible and organized—she had my unit ready and all the paperwork handled before I even arrived. More importantly, she is genuinely sweet and made me feel taken care of with her good humor.
Mary is the best manager I’ve ever worked with. If you need storage, go see Mary! Thank you for making things so easy!

My experience with Public Storage in Lakeway has been absolutely top-notch, and it's all thanks to Mary, the manager.
From the very first minute, her level of responsibility has been impressive. Not only does she manage the facility impeccably, ensuring everything is secure and spotless, but her customer follow-up is so diligent that you feel completely confident that your belongings are in the best hands. It’s clear she takes her job very seriously.
But what truly sets her apart is how she looks after her clients. She is incredibly helpful and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to assist with questions or any logistical needs.
