Great photos on their website...but everything else about this company is AWFUL. I used Groupon to purchase a discounted $30 voucher for 1-800-Flowers and I followed every step on the website. However, the 1800Flowers.com website was not recognizing the code for my online voucher. I tried the online chat option, but that person did not give me any help other than to say "try the code again later." When the code STILL didn't work after trying later, I called the telephone center, hoping that a voice conversation would be better. I spoke with 3 different people, including one woman who said she was the top supervisor at 1800Flowers, but she couldn't find my voucher number...and said the best she could do was offer a $7 discount (instead of my $30 voucher). This company's customer service is RIDICULOUS. I will NEVER pay to use this company again, regardless of the amount of the discount. I wouldn't even use this business if everything was totally free....they really are that bad!

never again!! this company used a florist that did not respond as to the status of this order for delivery and did not even deliver the order at all. i called the 1800's# and they said they would just have it re-delivered for today 9.19.23.well i got an email at 6am today that said it was delivered. when i contacted the person's business, they said nothing was delivered were not even open till 7:30am. i contacted this 1800 flowers disaster company and they said on it was a glich in our system nothing is delivered. wth!!! so i said cancel this order because i made the receipent wait around 2 hours yesterday for something that never arrived and the florist delivering this order intentionly did not respond to 1800 flowers as requested.

Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be delivered on July 7th. This is within the first year of my dad being passed away so I've been trying to do special things for her. Well, turns out they decided they were going to deliver her flowers 2 days early, so that everything would be dead by the day it was supposed to be delivered....her birthday....the occasion I shopped and paid for. They refuse to give me a full refund, even though I've spoken with the florist who took the order, who told me 1800FLOWERS was asking for a full refund....so they are taking MY money back for themselves instead of giving it to me, the customer they disappointed and did wrong. They just want to give me 10% back for $124 spent and a special day that is not special anymore. Don't do business with them. Definitely very disappointed

Do better. The greenery arrived dead and the flowers are wilted and dying two days later. Go to your local flower shops and skip the big box convenience.

Do NOT waste your time or money using this company. Not only will you not get what's advertised, what you receive in NO WAY matches what you could have easily purchased from someone selling flowers from their car in a parking lot, let alone what you could purchase at any grocery store. After contacting them the offered to replace what I purchased and did NOT keep that promise either. After asking for a refund I was informed it would take 10 days to process. This is the second year in a row they've done this.

Like many others, this was an all around bad experience. Ordered flowers for my wife and they showed up wilted, with the wrong note, and the vase was shattered. I was told another delivery would be made to replace the first and it never showed up. Sub par is an understatement.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! My Valentine's flowers arrived broken and falling apart. Company said they would redeliver on 2/16, but never received the order. When I call about that.....they said they couldn't redeliver my flowers until March 16th!!!TERRIBLE.....TERRIBLE.....AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!

Can you leave no stars!!! Ok sorry to say this but stop outsourcing your phone calls to people who can't not speak English!!! How can you say you ship internationally when it never happens. I asked for sympathy flowers to be delivered to an important co-worker in Mexico on 2/7/2023. I called to verify on 2/8 if they were delivered they had the date marked for delivery for 2/13. I said this is not a Valentines gift!!!! The entire day on 2/8 was spent verifying the address!!! On 2/9 I call to verify if delivery was made now the address was completely wrong!!! I asked for a full refund and to cancel the order so we will see how long that will take!! I will never in life order from them ever!!!!

I order flowers to be delivered next day. Flowers did not arrive by 4 like all the emails said. I called and they guaranteed that they would arrive. They did not. Called the next day and got the same song and dance. Day 3 same song and dance. Day 4 flowers arrive at 6 in the evening, I refused delivery.. Once again I called asking for a refund and they would not. I contact paypal and opened a case. Paypal closed the case because they sent tracking to them saying it was out for delivery but never delivered. Makes no sense. Called 1-800-Flowers again and finally received my refund after 60 Days!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I purchased a plant for a funeral, and it was never delivered. They initially said it couldn't be delivered, and they would make a 2nd attempt. I was later told an attempt was never made because the local florist didn't have the item I ordered. I subsequently asked about a discount since they dropped the ball, but the only thing they offered was to call and apologize to the family. This company is trash.

They scammed my boyfriend! He sent me flowers last week because I was sick but the flowers never arrived. He told me he called customer service because the status was delivered and they said they’d send the flowers again, I never got the flowers, I spent the whole week in my apartment, I was super sick, I was impossible not to notice the flowers arrived. Last weekend he told me he sent me flowers, we both called customer service cause for a second time the status was “delivered”. They said they could not refund the money and we should wait an answer back from the store via email. He spent 70 bucks, the money was never refund and I never got the flowers. DO NOT order from here or you might be scammed as well.

I ordered the large blue and white bouquet and did not get any blue! It was the smallest bouquet of flowers there. I was VERY disappointed...especially after paying so much for them!
