The owners are incredibly kind, and the barbers are incredibly skilled. The whole salon is very clean and welcoming. I have been here multiple times with primary Rice and Kevin as my hairdresser and I've loved my hair every time.

Mingli was the founder of 22 Hair Salon, started with just himself and gradually expanded into a small shop, later on became a well known Designer Hair Salon in Houston with more than 20 Designers and Assistants at 5 different locations.
