Employees are very nice respectable people but the fountain machines are always dirty gnats and drink dispenser gives out juices in EVERY flavor

The service was horrible. I was the fifth person in line and another customer had to ask if someone would ring us up. The clerk woke up from her sleep and came to help us. In the middle of my transaction she walked to the back of the store to get herself sodas. It’s 9:30 Sunday morning. Also no cups were available for fountain drinks.

7-11 gas station employees at 12122 West Rd, Jersey Village, TX 77065 are awesome. The customer service demonstrated from Alauna, Jacody, Amber, and Ramon are astounding. While Amber and Ramon work on weekends, they always have a pleasant attitude.
Amber and Jacody are always nice and greeting customers including myself on a consistent basis as they walk in the store. I go to this location quite often and if I am having a bad day or tired, these individuals perk up my day for the moment with their vibrant attitudes!
Rather I am ordering from the food section, playing the lottery, getting gas, just to name a few, these 4 are always the same person and present great energy. They are an asset to your organization!
They all deserve a raise. Thank you all and you ROCK!

Speaks no English then hangs up in your face. No wonder the place has a 2.5 star and they’re all closing one by one.

New station and half the pumps are always shut off with bags over handles. When they are working they never print a receipt and today the pump was extremely slow. I stop after 1/2 gallon and left because it was so slow. That was the last time I go there. Horrible management.

Horrible attitude from a girl who works here. You guys should work on hiring people who know how to speak nicer to customers.

This gas station is by my home, I will avoid it if I have to. This store smells like a Chuck E. Cheese, like straight feet. Floors are disgusting, windows always dirty, no one is ever at the cash register, and the only good employee is the man with the bald head I love him, but anyways, I was going to buy a taco(I never eat from here ) but I was hungry , had to pass bc of the ROACH I saw crawling under where the food is being prepared. I was scared to get a drink out of any machine bc if the store is so dirty I know they don’t clean the machines . 7-11 , send corporate here or whoever owns it to clean this place up. I will be also calling the health department.

A 7-Eleven Flagship Store… or a 7-Eleven Shipwreck?
I was really excited to check out this brand-new, top-tier, flagship 7-Eleven. You know, the kind of place that makes you rethink everything you thought you knew about gas stations. From the outside, it looked like 7-Eleven had really stepped up their game—modern design, fresh branding, the works.
But then… I walked inside.
Let’s just say, the bathroom alone looked like it had been abandoned since the grand opening. No cleaning schedule in sight—unless that schedule is “whenever a customer complains.” And the area around the hot dog roller? The microwave? I wasn’t sure if I was in a convenience store or an archaeological dig site. Layers upon layers of history, just waiting to be uncovered.
Now, I don’t know what’s going on with the management, but maybe they’re just overworked, understaffed, or completely unaware that this place is crumbling. Maybe they’re out back trying to get corporate to approve a mop and some paper towels. Who knows?
All I do know is that for a flagship store, this place sure feels like a sinking ship. Hope someone at 7-Eleven corporate sees this before it turns into the Titanic of gas stations.

Its very unfortunate such a big name store would present itself in such a manner. I thought covid was going to raise the standards for the food and retail industry to keep their stores and ammenities safely clean. It's obvious this is not just the employees, but rather the management that sets the health and clean standard and hasn't done so. Things have been filthy for long periods of time.
1) all door handles are greasy and have dirt and who knows what else in them.
2) the microwaves look like they've had food spread all over them, including the handles to open and close them as well.
3) the trash cans look even worse.
4) one 1/4 roll of toilet paper and not in the dispenser. This is unsanitary as people wipe then have to put their hand inside the roll to unroll more.... no one wants to touch others bodily fluids. This is a health hazard as well.
5) the toilets broken with a cord to something hanging out
6) they have an air freshener on the door handles of the stalls instead of just cleaning the walls, stall doors and floors. The trash can in the restroom was also disgusting. Deffinetly want to make sure you do not accidentally touch it trying to throw away your paper towels.
7) all of this, and their soap is very watered down and foamy- meaning it doesn't clean everything off your hands that you just touched.
8) the food station (hot dogs area), is being wiped down with a dirty/greasy rag and only wiping the top parts, not the whole thing.
I feel like I need to wear a full sanitary suit to come in this store. Unacceptable. Unsure how they've passed inspections and health standards this way as most of which would get your business fined or shut down.
Pictures to follow.

The worst 7-11. The cashiers are always 'busy' - busy chatting loudly, counting money or in the back. Very unprofessional. Not clean. And I generally like coming to this location but the workers need to go.
