Terrible the cashier register different price then the price advertised. I walked feeling robbed then he short changed me owes me 50 cents. Cook emptied out platter of chicken mess into old man's plate then said he gave him last of it .LoL trash store don't get anything this place is terrible

6/9/2024 about 5pm i went to get a 12 pack of bud light and a pack of Kool cigarettes. The price displayed for the past few months has been $14.99 whether bottles or cans. They've continuously charged me $15.49 multiple times and I've told the cashiers is marked right there in the cooler. Nobody usually wants to go look but today, employee Jleta decided to follow me as I showed her the price. She turns back and walking towards the back of the counter informs me that her manager didn't get to finish placing the new price tags in the coolers. I informed her that it's not the customer's fault that management failed to complete their job for weeks. She wasn't trying to resolve the issue, instead told me she can't change it. I asked for a manager and was told she was by herself. I asked to call the mgr and she said, Really? Meanwhile, customers are behind me and I felt like I'm holding them up because of the inexperienced cashier. She called a number and put it on speaker as she sighs in disbelief. The phone went to voice mail. Anyway, she didn't change the price and I told her I'd go ahead and pay this amount again but I'm gonna file a complaint with your corporate office. She said, ''I DON'T GIVE A DAM! ''. So I did! I called and I'm gonna wait and follow up with what kind of reprimands are done. I know it's only $.50 but it adds up if they don't honor their displayed price (false advertisement if you ask me)! Also many employees don't know how to use mobile coupons that are designated for specific stores that participate with the vendor, such as Kool cigarettes. Many times gas isn't available, debit or credit isn't available due to no internet or electricity. I do know that there are some employees i see on a regular basis when I go there that know what they're doing but here lately... training has failed miserably! Hate that I have to leave this long review but it needs to be addressed and put out there for the public to view.

The tacos I tried a few mos ago tasted like chemicals. The manager said they had some new tortillas and the taste may be different. I asked for a remake and still no good. Can’t keep wasting my money. And just like all the 7 eleven stores they’re always out of certain flavors and ice doesn’t work at one fountain.

This store is the dirtiest 7 Eleven I have been to in the Houston area. The restroom is nasty and there is no soap in the dispenser and most of the time no tea is made or coffee...

The coolers along the wall doesn't keep the beverages cold , no large lids for the fountain drinks ,restroom says don't flush toilet paper but no trash cans are in the stall pluss the restroom spelled like pee. The beer cooler in the front looked unorganized, afternoon workers need to get it together, friendly staff tho

Literally mold growing in the men’s room. Disgusting. Smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned. How do the employees at the attached restaurant handle food if their restrooms are that gross!!!
