Worked at the Cullen location and let me tell you the management is terrible. I have seen co workers work very hard and get accused of things that they had no control over. Terrible communication and no concern for how much work one employee has to do by themselves. The have a very high turnover rate because they will have 2 people working a shift that 4 to 5 people should be working. I was almost attacked by a woman who had a knife and the region manager who is in there often never asked me how I was doing. He never even asked me my name or introduced himself. I resigned my position because I was not going to put up with a toxic work environment. If you can handle being treated and talked to like a child and you don't mind working a position by yourself that is for 3 other people to work with you, then enter at your own risk. Do sum this up they do not care for their employees. Thanks

I would have liked the owner of this place to listen to the manager named María, she is a very immature, disrespectful, uneducated girl. I think that as long as they have that service, I will try not to set foot there. I hope the owner of the establishment can see my comment

morning shift is the best, store clean, always have coffee, restrooms always clean when I go, the manager on the weekends is very helpful.

Wide spaces between aisles, everything was easily accessible.The guy at the counter was friendly. Our refill drinks didn't come up the right price, but he fixed it.Unfortunately, the hot "fresh" food was over cooked, had been sitting there a long time, and was still full price late at night. A couple of their fountain drinks were lacking sufficient syrup.One plus: they have horchata available as a fountain drink! Just add a few free creamers they have available for coffee, and it's delicious!Really glad 7-eleven has started popping up in the greater Houston area!

The morning shift is the worst.The manager she has glasses.Than the cashier she has glasses as well. Both of these people are young female Hispanics. I get the breakfast here almost every morning. The policy here is to greet the customers as they walk in the door by saying “Welcome in” But both of these ladies just give me a dirty look.By far these two ladies are the rudest people I have ever encountered.They basically snarl at you and have no manners at all. The ladies who work the LAREDO Tacos are all very nice.These two rude Hispanic ladies could surely learn from them. I hope the cooperate offices sees my review and gives a strong reprimand to these 2 very rude Hispanic ladies.They need to change their attitudes.PS. I don’t want them terminated.I just want them reprimanded.

The Tacos get smaller and smaller meanwhile they give you a huge dry flower tortilla. The price has increase twice and the food get less and less. Most of the time the eggs is dry unless you see the cooks bring it out. The fake brisket and eggs is trash. It's mostly eggs.Can't even taste the so called brisket. They hate when you watch them make your food because many times your order will be wrong.I eaten at 4 locations and same o same o. Soda also water down. It's a hit or missed. They not like it use to be years ago.

The store manager is so rude i believe her tag said selia u ask her a question she ignores u and continued working on computer i heard her speaking to a yellow shirt employee said rude stuff about her other employees laughing about it thank god i know spanish glad she wasnt speaking of me that way why hire someone then speak ill of them soda machines never work so why have a sell on ur sodas for 75 cents then u cant even get the sell because the machine never works

Place looks like they barely clean it but still is bad..homeless in the front always asking for money..the soda machine never has the flavor only the nasty tasting water.

About 1:00 am Saturday night (Sunday morning) I stopped in here, but there was a shirt or something used to tie the doors closed from the inside. There was someone inside, but was ignoring everyone who came to the door. Then, someone drove through the lot and told me the guy usually opens back up at 3:30am. This is listed as a 24hr store. As I was there, I saw at least 10 people try to open the door. I'm sure a record of sales will show a particular block of time each day never has any sales. Just FYI.
