Several employees have overcharged me because they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE THE REGISTER??!! Training is a serious problem for this store, which means the manager is unqualified. Two stars for the Laredo Taco employees that show up early everyday at this miserable place.

Whoever hired that short old man with the foreign accent needs to train him on how to do that job and how to talk to customers. He had no clue what Gig App order pick ups were, how to call a manager when requested, and would skip over me to take customers on line behind me deliberately talking in vulgar fashion like the customers are street kids. He doesn't even pay attention to who is doing what inside the place giving it a free for all feel for thieves.

went to pick up from skipcart last night 5/25 around 8pm and the employee named damian is so rude to me and asking me what do i want? he is always disrespecful with ladies like me. he is raciest.he is rude always no customer service. employee like him should be fired by now.. for being rude to all customers esp. womens..

Bad customer service, there is a older Hispanic lady she was so rude, u can't ask her no questions cause she has a attitude and she makes up her own rules and policies it's ridiculous I been going for little over a month now and she's always this way . There is a guy I've never seen before he is nicer and more polite he looks younger with glasses but other than that awful place.

For any doordashers or uber eats, don't even think about accepting orders from this place, you're going to wait almost 30 to an hour for the old employees to pick up and gather the stuff for the order, he's very slow and doesn't understand very well

The old short Hispanic lady at front desk is rude, she disrespectfully tell the customers that more than one taco sauce is not allowed, she should have it written on board somewhere , last time she didn’t allow the chef to add diced onion sauce that one of customer gave it to chef before making tacos.. not our policy, didn’t find any policy written anywhere, seems she makes her own policies.. never coming back.Moreover one of their coffe maker machine is either ran out of milk of coffee from brewer, one of the customer asked that same old short lady to fix it, she gave her a strange look and didn’t treat customer nicely..

Rude old dude behind the counter looked like he was so miserable to be there. Didn’t greet me, barley even spoke at all. The 7-Eleven on Blackhawk customer service is far superior than this one even if their hot food over there looks like throw up.
