Worst customer service experience EVER! I tried to let employee know that their cookies were miss priced and instead of fixing problems General Manager gets passive aggressive with a good paying customer and then followed me out the store to still exchange in words. Hopefully your District manager watches video on how General Manager KRISTI treats Paying Customers.

Almost every single time regardless of the time of day, there is no cashier there when you are ready to checkout. Having to wait around for someone to appear. Today 6/11/24 at 6:05 pm, although there was a cashier there when I walked in and I even made eye contact with her and smiled, literally 2 minutes later once I got what I wanted to purchase she disappeared nowhere to be found. I waited for about 3 solid minutes just wondering if someone would appear and nobody ever did that’s when I noticed there was a self checkout to the side so I just used that to checkout and left super annoyed. As I walked outside I saw where she went: outside in front of my car to smoke a cigarette. How lovely.

Literally standing here watching them play on each other's phones while I waited on someone to serve me. I'm constantly failed a this location. Shut it down. So ghetto.

I was hired here, all my personal info taken including ss#, and driver license #, and store mgr said your hired pushing application through, and I haven't heard a word from her and there is no actual store number listed to contact them. the 800 corp people are clueless as to why no physical store number is listed.

unprofessional staff with poor management skills i was there for lunch last week and the kitchen manager told he wanted fight me because i felt that he wanted over charge me a meal that want supposed to be on the line !! there have the food cold and when ask them for something they don’t know what they are serving the beverage area never has enough drinks and when i ask they say our truck hasn’t come in this only store that know that they have no common sense manager is always out side in her truck smoking and when i asked for her she didn’t comoe out to apologize of her staff rude poor customer service!! i hope this get something done in a area where there are a lot hard working people that choose this 7-elven for lunch !!

This place is fairly new, and boy did it go down hill, around 11 pm the worker goes to the side n smoke a joint, comes inside smelling strong, All the "sales" "deals" on the windows are bogus cuz they never stock the stuff anyways nothing is in the right spot. whoever owns this store has no knowledge in retail...or they are just hiring friends n families that have no clues what's going on.

The place is fairly new so everything is nice and shiny. The place is organized and clean, they have the taqueria and the tacos are good for a quick breakfast! Plenty of snacks and goodies to choose from. The staff was very nice and attentive.

I just wanted to say to the two employees working July 25 the evening shift. (Around 10:30 pm) You two are AMAZING. I hope your manager knows what a great job you two are doing. I am sad I didn't get your names but I do want you to have the recognition you deserve!
