On my lunch break me and my co workers go to 7 Eleven on Broadway street for the 89 cent drinks. Sometimes I have to used the restroom and most likely it be very nasty, depending on which staff is there. Today it was two Hispanic women and their 2 children. They didn’t greet us when we walked in but I have proof of the restroom. No tissue, urine and feces all over the floor. Very disgusting.

Manager is the worst, does not know how to communicate nor solve problems. She says she’s always busy and never calls back.
I had a charge in my card that she refused to look at receipt for.
She never called me back after telling me she would. I had to call bank and dispute the charge of $34 form my account because the short haired white manager didn’t not bother to help.
Won’t be going here again, staff reflects management. They should close this location or hire a better manager.

If your white don't go to the store the manager and workers are all black and racist.woud not even let me buy gift card or add money to my cash app account.very racist will never be coming here and using my money again.the 7/11 mangers don't care who they hire there

The worker at the place, her name Jaslyn, I think it was, was very rude. I have been visiting this place for a long time and behavior like this is unacceptable. The company should pay more attention to user comments and I will not respond with: WE CAN GIVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. NOOOO GET TO THEIR FACILITIES AND SOLVE THE PROBLEMS YOU HAVE. LOOK AT THE PLACE'S GOOGLE RATING.

I bought barbecue yesterday and it seems that it had been heated several times and today my two girls and I are sick with my stomach and I'm going to talk to the city so they can check the food. I don't think it's good.

I just can’t believe it. I like 7 eleven so i m keep going as a loyal customer but its like they just dont want to do their jobs. Short in items restroom not working coffee machine massed up so much going on the floor. I think i have to stop going there. Its never the same 7eleven like in California

I always stop to buy coffee here or have breakfast and I take advantage of it and go to the bathroom. Today it turns out that the employee tells me that everything is open at 6:00 am and on maps it says 24 hours open???? What is the service then, if it is closed right now and I have to turn on gas, should I wait until 6? I asked him if I want something to buy that will wait until 6???? And not that open 24????

They don't have any experience in charging or in the kitchen, they take too long to serve, I don't recommend it at all, it's the worst 7eleven I've ever been to and I will never go back, apart from the fact that they are like racists, because they are African-Americans ??
