I stop there from time to time and they are very quick making plates and other stuff you order and the employees are great very respectful and professional most 7-11's are terrible and dirty not this one

I dont know what happened to this seven eleven. A few weeks ago they changed staff and now nothing is being stocked. They almost never have rollers on and do not have their sandwiches ever un the fridge. They just gave up. Im writing this review after about 4 weeks of waiting for them to get their act together.
Thanks for the response. Go ahead and look into it. Walk around the store and see for yourself. I just walked in and looked around and left again. This place really fell apart.

I don’t review many places, but this is worthy of a warning, this location has gone down hill in a hurry, never mind the dirty lot outside that they obviously are not cleaning on a regular basis, nor that they cannot keep cups in stock, but when you don’t have bags for a week or so, and don’t seem to give a damn, you’ve lost me, there used to be people who worked there that made it a nice place to stop in the morning, with a clean place, but they are long gone, it’s a shame as the location is good, but honestly there are nearby, albeit older, places, which are cleaner and friendly, seven eleven, it’s no wonder why you aren’t doing so well, customers beware or better yet go elsewhere

Dirty store ( never have cups for the soda machine or coffee machine ) table are never clean.
No clean restroom ( no soap, paper towels or toilet paper )
Store manager never around or to be seen helping customers.
2 Employee are rude especially the one that call herself Dulce.

My wife had to go to the restroom after driving 3 hours from Louisiana and Couldn’t because the cashier said he was “cleaning them” do people not have common sense anymore? Obviously if someone especially a female has to go they Have to go dont know what was his deal but he definitely needs some type of customer service training or atleast a better head on his shoulders very unprofessional

It was okay. There was something that bothered me but really isn't a HUGE deal.
Not exactly a huge fan of the employees.
EDIT: Do NOT get the hot taquito things. It's currently making me sick as it's the only thing I had today, I had it from other 7-11's just fine, but I'm feeling dizzy and nauseous 30 minutes after eating them.

I was in a few hours ago facing what could have been a medical emergency. I’m diabetic & my sugar was crashing, was dizzy & somewhat disoriented so I went up to a 7-11 associate (non Spanish speaking) & alerted her of my situation. I told her an ambulance was not needed but if I passed out to please call one & let them know. She acknowledged which In grateful for but I am astounded at the lack of concern beyond that. Could have been my state of mind but she never once checked on me even as I was clearly in some distress. Maybe it’s the type of folks they’re used to dealing with but I honestly believe it didn’t matter, I didn’t matter. I believe there is more good than bad in this world but we have become self centered & selfish, we are no longer a community. Kindness, what a rare word that is. I’m more sad than angry as I write this. My family is glad I’m ok and that is enough.
