If I could give ZERO STARS for customer service I would. A friend and I was liked to the nearest store which happened to be this one unfortunately to get something to drink. The attendant worked (Michael J) was very rude upon arrival, being two persons of color. Being that we were waiting to catch our ride, my friend purchased some snacks and asked if it would be to sit in the chairs for a few moments. He instantly asked, “For how long?!” We responded just a few minutes till our ride comes. As we were sitting talking almost ourselves he kept watch of our every more. Feeling Michael’s eyes, I decided to buy some more snacks. Not even 5 mins later, he boldly states, “Its been too long,” very rudely. Mind you we invested in the store while we waited. I work in customer service and it feels as if we were not welcomed AT ALL.
