I got help from Lorenzo after spending countless hours trying to set up the scanner on my plotter printer. I should have called them first because in less than 2 hours I was up and running. I may change what sign shops I work at over the years but one thing stays the same, I do business with A&A Graphics. Scott & Robert are the two that I've mainly dealt with but everyone there is great! The service is prompt and most deliveries are next day (anyone who's worked in the sign industry knows how important both of those are). If you're still on the fence about using them, consider that they don't require all the "jumping through hoops" to sign up that most of the other suppliers in the area require... And they're friendlier.

Our HP365 Latex printer broke down while running a tight schedule. Time and time again, A&A Graphics came to the rescue! They could have easily charged me $1,500 but talked me through a solution to FIX IT MYSELF with no charge for the service. Thank You Chuck Johnson for your professionalism, punctuality, and expertise. Your team is the best!

I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate you quick response to getting our plotter back up and running. I initially spoke to Chuck who immediately scheduled our repair and got the parts shipped.Lorenzo arrived on time to perform the service. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. It's good to know that there are still businesses out there that operate in a professional, efficient manner and do what they say they will do. A & A Graphics will definately be our first call next time we need service.
