Please don’t rent here. They rented my spaces to someone else not when they switched me to other units then had a lock put on them. After they got got it corrected I had to cut lock. Guy next door said he had all his power tools stolen . Worst place ever.

This location was taken over (like many other previously independent companies) by RecNation with no improvements, removal of a previously onsite employee (big security loss) AND more than one price hike in the short time since they’ve owned it. Very unimpressed and looking to move to a cleaner, safer, better managed storage facility, with an intelligent, personable, human available during business hours.

Good service had to do everything online most of the time but got all my questions answered. Just rented the space from July 27 - August 15 (2weeks 6days ). Had a Rv trailer but had to sell it. I gave a 18 days notice before the month was due. The space was muddy because it had been raining, but that didn't matter. We were just going to park the Rv. Also there was a lot of trash around the fence before we used the space. Service was good thank you.

I completed my lease and was told I could move in, but no one mentioned that a specialty cylinder lock was required until after I had already moved over all my valuables of equipment into the unit. I called and texted multiple times throughout the day with no response —not a single call back despite repeated urgent messages.
When I finally got a reply, it was just a link to a lock on Amazon that I had to buy and wouldn’t arrive until several days later. Local stores don’t carry this type, and my unit was left completely unsecured. The lack of clear instructions, zero proactive communication, and delayed response time were unacceptable.
If you’re planning to move in here, be prepared to chase down answers yourself and hope your stuff isn’t left vulnerable in the meantime.

They more than doubled my monthly rate from one month to the next. I never received any notice either, although they claim they sent it to me. I understand rates get raised from time to time, but $120.00 to $252.00. What a joke! Horrible service to a client since 2021. They didn't even try to make things right...like, I don't know maybe apologize that I didn't get notice....or maybe ask how to make it right for the sake of reputation and for the sake of providing decent customer service. I'm not one to usually leave a 1 star review. Pretty sad.
