A gentlemen(might be the owner), provided great customer service when I walked in. The nail technicians are not friendly and need to learn English to communicate and understand their clients needs. It was a waste of money getting my nails done at this place. The polish wasn’t applied evenly. When I tried to explain it, her solution was to add another coat, making it look worse. I will never go back to this place.

I was a bit disappointed. Ms. Kim who did my pedicure was rude. She would grab my foot and sling it as if she was angry. Speaking her language to a coworker. After asking her name and giving her mine.,She became nicer, especially before Tipping time. I still gave her a small 5:00 tip. However, The Real Tip is: Be kinder to the people who are contributing to your livelihood.

I was there for...a full set of nails and the lady who took care of me...didn't do everything...she just did my fingernails...and not my toenails and charged me 45 dollars... When I had asked him...sometimes when a person does not have all the knowledge and the process...of some Nails sometimes they do not tell them that is bad on the part of the owners...the quality and effort in the work of The person is called professionalism... you have to be careful... who does it to you...
