I took my car to them for my water pump located in the engine. This is a 13 hour job and they returned my car back without an issue in two business days. This is in stark contrast to Ford, where no work was done for 3 months sitting in a lot. The customer care was 5 stars, I was constantly updated on the status of my car. This family owned business is the only mechanic shop I trust to care for my car.

My brother just had his oil changed on his Ford truck and the technician did not tighten a screw so not only did the oil leak out but on my driveway. When my brother called to let the manager know the message he received was that it was a mistake (no remuneration offered) and he was defensive. Not only is this disappointing customer service, could have ruined the engine and stained my driveway. Avoid for these costs.

Don’t go here they messed my tune-up up. Had to return 3x just for them to keep getting money outta me. I ask could they do the tune-up over but he insisted & told me I needed coils. With me knowing enough about car I say maybe you didn’t set the plugs right which can cause my coils to go bad. Remind you before the tune-up I had no lights on then after the tune-up light pop on everytime they change a coil out. I asked if we should change all coils he told me no. Which makes since to me because say I change out all the coils but the plugs isn’t set in right. My car will still mess up with the new coils. I do not recommend nobody to go here there are rip offs

My second visit here. I appreciate the efficiency they have in their work. My car inspections always go smoothly. It is convenient and I will come again!

Do Not take your here. These guys are frauds and liars. They will try and upsell you coolant and brake flushes and when you do DO it and come back few weeks later, they claim your car needs a coolant and brake flush not knowing they already performed this service or they are simply acamming you. These guys are complete scamming scum. Do NOT go here. Be warned. They are scammers. Oh and dont let them upsell cabin or engine filters!!! They will overcharge you 50 bucks on some cheap brand when you can go to amazon and buy a better one for 12 to 15 bucks and watch a youtube video and change it yourself. Dont trust these thieves. Be warned!! The owner or employees can deny my claim all they want but im sure anyone who has been here that wasnt satisfied knows the truth.

Really good mechanics their honest about their work won’t lie to you and tell you their prices as they are and hey still give you the option to go somewhere else so if anyone complains about them it does not make sense they will leave your car in top shape
