This is the second time using a Better Tripp and like the first time, they did not disappoint! They showed up on time and showed out. They did so good the first time a year ago, that I didn’t squire any other movers. GREAT crew! Clean! Professional! Attention to details and handled everything with absolute care! I would honestly give them 10 stars if I can! If I happen to move again (hopefully not for a while), they will be movers again! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this woman owned small business!

A Better Tripp Moving & Storage did a fantastic job with our cross country move from Houston to Alabama. From the beginning, Melvin was responsive and came to our home to take inventory for our quote. What he quoted us was exactly what we paid and there were no hidden fees. The day of the move, Jorge showed up with his men to pack our house and load the truck. Jorge was organized, on time and worked very efficiently. The move ended up taking longer than expected, but Jorge did a fantastic job! He drove the truck to Alabama and arrived on time for our unload. He made sure nothing was broken and even assembled most of our furniture for us. He is a very hard worker and could not recommend him enough or A Better Tripp as a company for your move. Thank you Jorge for all of your hard work!

My move was handled by a subcontractor named Daryl. The experience was frustrating, the move was dragged out deliberately to stretch time and charge more, which was a tactic to increase the final cost. Mrs. Tripp was made aware of my concerns and showed no interest in resolving the issue. It is also worth noting that for every bad review, a few suspiciously glowing ones follow. Be mindful. I stand by what I have said and am taking this to court.

3 of the most valuable items were not present when I unpacked. When I realized a valuable painting was missing, I thought it could have been an accident or coincidence, but not anymore. Also the move cost a fortune and there was no indication of when it would arrive at my new home. Dissatisfied to say the least.

We had a small moving project with a family piano and a china cabinet with a few boxes of family mementos going to Denver. the crew professionally wrapped and moved the things to the truck and all arrived safe and sound, as promised and on time. Highly recommend you use them when you have special things going to special people.

This company isn't worth putting your belongings in their hands. They are liars & definitely don't conduct business the right way. I've been in the business over 20 years & recently had the disappointment of working & dealing with this low tier of a company. At least be accountable & make situations right when your wrong. Something they will never do. It's why I will never help them again, I will also let everyone know how much they don't care about customers, employees or their goods. Which in the hhg industry, should be unacceptable!
