They deserve ZERO. If you get full coverage, make sure you get all the info right from them. And make sure you check your email because they cant be bothered to pick up the phone and call customers. They cancelled my policy 2 weeks and $400 later because they didnt receive f*g photos of my car. The ONLY communication they sent about the photos were through email- i DO NOT CHECK MY EMAIL. And i know im not the only person who doesnt correspond by email. The phones work a-max. Call your customers before you cancel their policies that they PAID FOR. Terrible communication. Gave me the wrong amount to pay when i first signed up with them so this is an ongoing issue with this office. And i have an sr-22. This office was allowing me to drive illegaly without even notifying me for almost 3 weeks. Dont waste your $ or your time here.

Jennifer was outstanding although she did mention being new with the company she was very much knowledgeable. Helped me get a better deal on my insurance than what I had before also took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood everything. She is truly an asset to company and to this world wish there was more people like her in this world she made my day. Amax give her a raise and make her the manager!!!
