I wish this review could be broken down into corporate and local! The local on call manager was awesome as they had to call him/her while off due to the rep over the phone in the call center not properly doing their job! They were just SELLING and once the contract was signed they didn’t give the needed information to enter the property, building, nor provide a site map of the property! Luckily the manager lived on property and could open the gate after I had to call in 3 times! Once I got the manager to manually open the gate the call center rep forgot to provide the code to enter the building!! Super frustrating and this all should be put on the contract or in the app to cut down on confusion!!!

My belongings were inadvertently auctioned off 7/26/24 two hrs. after making payment and wasn't notified until a month & a half later 6 days after I made payment for August & September and instead of being honest that it was sold, they tell me it was broken into and to file a Police Report and Insurance claim.
Unable to response back to CubeSmart’s reply so I added to my initial review…I’ve already been in contact, they are well aware of my issue/situation, this passed Friday 9/13 one day after going up to the location I called the help line & was given District Mgr. Jody’s number & was told he would also be notified via email, I called left a message & no returned call, on Saturday I did receive a call from General Mgr. Lisa, who asked question & was very apologetic & also went ahead & credit me for the month my other unit I just had to pay for the insurance, that she would give me a call back on this past Monday after she speaks with facility staff & DM Jody, but no return call rec’d, I called both today & left messages, Lisa was off & I once again got Jody’s vm. My name is as it appears I’m sure I will pop up.

My unit got broken in to couldn’t do my insurance cause we couldn’t not get in my storage than when I was able to get in all my properties was missing and thrown around in a mess no I will not advise anyone to use the company cause they only want your money no regards to your lost at the facility smh
