Janie helped me today getting specified maps and route planner sent to my home address. She was very personable and professional and got it done in a few short minutes!?

If you have time and money to waste call triple A. Most of their contractors are trash and you will be waiting until the next lifetime. TRASH TRASH TRASH. Good luck to anyone who's even considering this company.

AAA was abysmal. It took two hours for the service to show up. It was not as if I was in an isolated location. I called for service at 8:45 a m from downtown Houston, Texas on a Friday morning. I was told the that the service would be there by 9:45 a m, then 10 a m, then 10:15 a m, and then 10:35 a m. The driver told me that he was only contacted at about 10:30 a m about helping me.

OMG, can't believe the speed and efficiency of this place. I wanted an international driver's license, I'm not a member, they made me feel welcome from the start, got my license in 20 minutes. Parking on site.

***Ladies Beware*** this company is unreliable and jeopardizing your safety and vehicle. AAA contractors are dangerous. Their driver Zaben Mohamed is rude, unprofessional, misogynistic, and an overall danger to the industry. He abandoned me in a dark, deserted parking lot of an empty building. The temperatures were in the low 50s and it was raining. Upon his arrival, he did not greet me nor offer for me to get out of the cold rain and warm up (bare minimum customer service). I continued to stand in the cold rain as he made a personal call from inside his truck. Several times I had to knock on his window to ask for updates re: what was taking so long to load my vehicle onto the truck (mind you I'm standing outside-my car is completely dead). His demeanor was as if I was beneath him and I did not deserve any response from him. My inquiries were met with statements such as "stop talking to me", "I don't have to help you". After nearly 20 minutes Zaben got in his truck and pulled off with urgency- leaving me and my vehicle stranded for several more hours - but not before disassembling compartments under my hood and on my dashboard. As a contractor of AAA, I am highly disappointed. I felt discriminated against based on my gender and race. I made several calls to Houston Emergency Auto Rescuing and Towing (H.E.A.R.T) to speak with a supervisor and seek a resolution. I was continuously dismissed and hung up on. At one point Zaben even impersonated a supervisor. The AAA representatives were nonchalant and dismissive as well. This place is dangerous and does not care about the safety of the customer or the female community in Houston. H.E.A.R.T and AAA failed me. AAA should never associate themselves with such a disgraceful establishment.

Roadside assistance is virtually non-existent. I have called AAA three times this year for roadside assistance And not one time time did they show up. I called for help at 10:30 this morning it was assured someone would get back with me within the hour. I waited on the shoulder of a busy interstate for 6 1/2 hours, and finally received a call stating they are looking for a service provider. Do not expect any help from AAA, you will only get excuses and delays. Expect 30 minute hold times, and incopetent agents.

AAA is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. This is now TWICE that I've had to sit in my car for HOURS because of their unprofessional employees. I was told at 12pm that my tow truck would be here at 1:01pm. I called and was then told the drivers have a 1 hour 45 min window. It is now 2:30pm and all of a sudden there is no longer an ETA. It is 93 degrees outside and I am stuck here. The last time I had to wait over 10 hours for a tow truck! being blown off and brushed aside every time. There is no sense of urgency or consideration from AAA as well as it's employees. I'm disgusted.
