Horrible experience the branch manager gave me his direct number only for me to call leave several voicemails with no return calls finally got a hold him stated he would send over documents never sent them unbelievable!!!

Outstanding customer service and no wait. I visited to get my International Driver's Permit...it was simple. Hershey was able to get me taken care of in less than 10 minutes, including the photos needed for the permit. A helpful and friendly attitude goes a long way, I wish there was great customer service like this in more businesses. I will certainly be back. As a AAA member, this location is a great reminder to all the benefits that come with membership. They help with everything from travel insurance, trip planning, to my needed International Driver's Permit.

Drove to the Echo Lane location in Friday afternoon traffic to find a note on the door that this AAA branch had moved! Over a MONTH ago!!! Can you not update your google maps listing in a timely fashion????

Been a member for over a decade. It took AAA more than 8 HOURS to send someone out. Was originally supposed to be there at 6pm, no one called until 2am when I was already long since asleep.
