I had an amazing customer service experience from beginning to end thanks to Miss Joyce. She helped me get an IDP. She was respectful, kind and so helpful.

Courteous & fast service. Came for IDP and they have passport photos option inside, you don't need bring with you if you don't have. And if you are member (classic) you pay 10 for photo and 20 for IDP. They even offered coffee while waiting. Was in and out in 10 mins.
