they sold me a discounted couch with bed bugs. they are super rude and aggressive in retrieving late payments and i wish i never signed a contract with them. 0 stars.

My wife got approved for a 86in and a sectional couch ,we went throw cooperate not the store, To make a long story short the stuff arrived to the Aarons on Southpost oaks in Houston Texas , remind you she got the 1cemt deal fr the tv, they call the filling week saying they not letting her get her stuff basically the stuff she sound a contract until she pay 80$for both items , so I call the store , the manager Damon tells me they he not letting nothing go out his store for 1 cent , he said that he would refund our 1 cent and I begged him not to refund my wife money , I begged him not to cancel our order , because he was angry that we had a deal from the cooperate website , he cancel our stuff because he was mad , what get me is my wife never talk to him it was me and he canceled her stuff Damon because he was mad at me , he never talk to the person who stuff it really were Damon needs to be fired and the region manager that suppose to pull the recorded calls , haven’t called back in a week , they are playing a illegal monopoly, and they would sell your stuff to one of there friend or family please share this

If I could give 0 stars I would. Damon the store manager, contrary to popular belief, is one of the most unprofessional general store managers in any corporate setting yet. I have escalated my issues to multiple regional managers at this point bc this location and store is not aligned with the corporate policies. Like one corporate representative said Everything they do is against corporate. This store location does exactly what they want to do. Damon also cancelled my lease agreements without speaking to me on the phone. Very unprofessional and will now cost corporate a lawsuit. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION YOU'LL REGRET IT !!

Damon the store manager was very professional very attentive very patient during the leasing process he has made this a very smooth process and I wouldn't mind going back to them again.

Worst experience I have ever had, went in on Sat to look for funiture took forever to get some help, finally got help I had order a chair and sofa we'll it was said to have been ordered went back two weeks later to check on items cause when I call get put on hold the hung up on, so I go in to find out items was still not there because it wasn't ordered
That is the most ghetto store I have ever been to they need to re-staff thst store and start over, I will never shop with them again.

The store rep was not on the floor she was sitting in the office area, so I had to ask questions why she sat in a chair not willing to come out and assist me on the floor for the washing machine I was inquiring about.

Just got off the phone 7/22/204with the manager of Aaron on South Post Oak.That’s store is a joke, Tiffany isn’t any better. Due to the Hurricane that it Houston (HarrisCounty) my sofa and bedroom set got damaged among other items.but the sofas and bedrm what I wa paying for my house flooded and Now he’s telling me he want be able to give me another bed or sofa..when I called corporate they told me I can file a claim since I’m in the club..I’m trying to understand why do u have to pay extra for the club but can’t get the club service when a disaster strike . I can’t help or stop water from coming into my home. I am trying to move but he could have some consideration on what happen

I have paid a few items off with Aaron's in Colorado. I moved to Houston and received the worst customer service ever. I placed my order on line and my item needed to be ordered..well was gonna take longer than I wanted so I called the store to cancel the contract and got Victoria on the line. Asked Victoria to cancel the order for me please and she replied with she could see that I have something that is ordered but she can't see it while eating something in my ear. So I asked is there a way to make note that when it comes in to cancel the delivery or do I need to call back. Victoria replied the same way so I asked to speak to her supervisor since she could not assist. She informed me that she was alone in the store..so I asked my question again and still got the same answer the same way chips and all. So at this point I tell her that she is rude and good customer service would be to refer me to the Aaron's customer service dept and gave me the number to contact...she put the call on hold in the middle of my talking and then came back and asked me "are you done?". I advised Victoria that she was rude as TF and that her manager made a horrible decision to leave her in charge of his/her store as representation. She was not knowledgeable with the information to assist customers and doesn't have the customer service skill to be around/ talk to people.I will never order another thing from Aaron's seeing this would be the store I would have to deal with.

I have paid off my washer and dryer and have 2 other accounts which has 2 payments left. The guys that come to your home decided to to place there paper stuck it on my doorbell camera and broke it after answering the door they snatch it off of lens and broke it and it was recorded.After speaking to Mr.Damon about it he was speechless.I reminded him all the money I have spent into Aaron's. He wasn't trying to hear that all he wants is money for product but not fixing my door bell camera. Very unprofessional staff & rude. Advise u to go spend your money else where.

DeAndre Hooper delivered my furniture this afternoon from Aaron’s. He had excellent customer service, caring and very professional. The weather wasn’t the best. However my furniture was covered in plastic, a little wet but it’s okay. DeAndre and Toast assembled everything. Toast wasn’t talkative, but he did great. They were better than the previous guys that delivered. Happy Holidays, Aaron’s. Thanks, Tiffany.
