So I applied and was approved for a washer and dryer. They delivered my stuff to my house, but I wasn’t there. They called me, and I told them I wasn’t at the house. They said, "OK, give us a call so we can deliver your dryer and washer again." When I called them, I said, "OK, you guys can deliver it on Thursday," and they said, "OK." I called them back, and they said my application was delayed.

These people are very professional at this year a errands I will always recommend this area they are very understandable they work with their customers very cool the manager is very one cool cool person the Cincinnati and all employees are very very cool and they do understand how things work

We will not be doing business with this location and AARONS in general after all accounts are paid and closed.
My household has been in good standing and in business with this location for years now. Numerous computers and appliances have been purchased here. When necessary, they WERE understanding and always willing to work with a payment issue.
HOWEVER, times and people have changed.
I fell in between work a few months ago. Have explained my dilemma to them numerous times.
When I or customer explains my or they're pay period and availability to pay, that's what needs to be documented and understood!
Instead, they say they'll note it and work with you; basically whisper sweet nothings in your ear to make you think they understand.
I was/am ONE, ONE payment behind on the CHEAPEST YET OVER PRICED/FINANCED queen mattress, box and metal frame! Nothing speical or fancy, i needed something to sleep on other than the floor couch or air mattresses that dont last.
These people have not stopped calling and harrasing my household!! By that I mean showing up almost daily to try and get a hold of me, FOR WHAT? to get money? Repo my bed?
IF I told you I couldn't make a payment until X date, then what makes you think showing up to my house prior to said date is going to put money in my pocket or account to pay you?!
Y'all are a major company who's made a lot of money off of my household!
If this item was an appliance or TV or computer or game system or anything relevant to the sort. I'd have the slightest understanding to wanting or need payment or returned item asap.. BUT A BED, JUST A BED, NO BEDSET FANCY FRAME, END TABELS, DRESSERS OR ANYTHING!?!
Just do yourself a favor a don't purchase/rent anything from here.
Walmart and many other locations have Klarna and Acima with way lower prices and interest rates on the majority of everything AARONS markets.
