It's TRUELY a pleasure to work with you! In spite of the obviously awful circumstances that draw your customers (a wrecked car) to ABC you somehow are ALWAYS SMILING, ALWAYS POSITIVE, MOST IMPORTANTLY You offer creative ADVICE (like matching paint to vinyl) that results in cost savings to customer.
