I’ve experienced terrible urinary symptoms for 2 years. It was so bad that I had urinary retention and needed a catheter placed. The nurse said I looked like I had triplets because i had so much urine in me. I was scheduled for the TURP, however my son in law heard Dr. Maneevese on ESPN and said I should go for consultation. I met with Dr. Maneevese and her wonderful staff and felt confident in her abilities as after she made sure I was a candidate for PAE (prostate artery embolization). I did my research on interventional radiologists that did the procedure and she was the choice for me. I canceled my TURP (transuretheral resection of the prostate) with my urologist. The procedure was painless and 3 months later I am ecstatic with my results. My IPSS score went way down and I can enjoy my life again. I feel better all over, not just my prostate. Thank you Dr. Maneevese for your help with my enlarged prostate. I’ve sent a couple of my buddies your way! This is Mrs. Weaver-I watched my husband suffer, having to urinate often, and most times he could not urinate and it was painful. We did not know what to do, where would we go, how would we take care of this. We saw a urologist and after many tests, they placed a catheter and recommended a TURP. The catheter was placed incorrectly and he had so much blood in his urine. After we did all our research we found Dr. Maneevese, and after he had his procedure, everything went so well and he’s healthy again. THANK YOU JESUS, TO HIM ALL THE GLORY for sending us to the right person.

I’ve suffered from enlarged prostate (BPH), for many years, but did not want to have the TURP surgery. The pills gave me horrible side effects. I’m so glad I found Dr. Maneevese‘s at Access Vascular Health. She is able to treat the prostate through an IV with a cutting edge procedure called the prostate artery embolization (PAE) recovery was a breeze and I was home the same day.I’m one month past my procedure and I already see a difference. I don’t wake up at night to urinate, and I don’t plan my day around where I know bathrooms are.Men who are like me avoiding the surgery, go see Dr. Maneevese for your enlarged prostate!

I have had such a positive experience at Dr. Maneevese office! I feel genuinely cared about. Her entire staff is so friendly and fun to be around. I was experiencing leg pain, numbness, & tingling due to chronic venous insufficiency. I have been seeing Dr. Maneevese for Radio Frequency Ablation and Sclerotherapy treatments. She is an absolute expert and meticulous with her work. It’s evident from our visits that she wants to make sure no vein is left untreated so that I will be pain free & 100% satisfied with the results of my procedure. I definitely recommend!!

Guys....suffering from BPH (enlarged prostate) with no sign of cancer and YOUR urologist is recommending any version of "TURP"??? PLEASE, take your time and consider one of the MANY alternatives available. My prostate was quite large and I suffered tremendous amounts of pain and bleeding. Sleeping was pretty much out of the question as I was up nearly EVERY hour to squeeze out a few drops of urine. Working out was impossible. I spent my whole time at the gym walking back and forth to the men's room TRYING to pee. If I managed to get out a few drops, many times I would walk out only to immediately turn around to try again because of the urgent need to go only to fail AGAIN. I reached a point that life was nothing but sheer misery because I could NEVER empty the bladder.I was NOT wanting to undergo TURP and suffer through ANY of the expected side effects. So, after a lot of research, I started leaning toward PAE!!! Then, hearing a commercial for such on ESPN, I decided to give them a call for a consult. After meeting with Dr. Maneevese and her and her AMAZING staff I was convinced, THIS was the way to go. Lauren and Shaneka are incredible. Extremely professional AND went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. As for the doc, I found her to be one of the most reassuring, confident and caring doctors I have ever had!!! (Not EVEN to mention, they are GORGEOUS!!!) They make sure you are informed and help you through each and every step leading up to the procedure; nothing is left to chance. The procedure itself is a walk in the park. You are taken into the operating arena and are given a choice of the type of music you prefer (wonderful, comforting touch). Next, instead of general anesthesia (which my body cannot tolerate), you are given "twilight" anesthesia. You are awake and can respond to questions, but really feel nothing. I was aware of being touched but had no idea what was being done...and there was ZERO pain!I really had no sense of time, so I can't say how long the procedure took, but after the fact, it seemed to go very quickly. After the fact, you are allowed to go home with post op instructions. And more importantly to me NO NEED to wear a catheter!!!!As expected, you can't lift heavy objects and must be aware and conscious of a plug inserted to seal the tiny incision of your femoral artery (used for the procedure).I was informed that it would take at least 6 weeks before I noticed ANY improvement of symptoms. Personally, I felt major changes after about three weeks. Now after 3 months plus, I feel AMAZING!!!!! My life has totally turned around.I HIGHLY recommend PAE for treatment of your enlarged prostate. And more so, from Dr Maneevese and her wonderful staff!!!Oh btw, I have seen advertisements from other places that now offer PAE that says ALL insurances cover the procedure......NOT TRUE. NONE do......ONLY a Medicare Adavantage plan covers the procudure.

I would highly recommend Access Vascular Health. Dr. Maneeves and her assistants are the best medical staff I have ever encountered. I wish she could be my general care doctor also.I suffered from enlarged prostate (BPH) causing frequent urination, weak flows and waking up many times in the night to urinate.I did not want any type of surgery (TURP) as suggested by my urologist. I found out about Dr. Maneeves and her offer of a minimally invasive procedure. After our consultation sessions, we scheduled her procedure. I wasn't nervous and had complete trust in her care and her abilities before and during the procedure. She was not able to do it the first time due to my restless leg syndrome. (chronic venous insufficiency) which was too severe so she ended the procedure. She was able to treat the veins in subsequent visits and then we performed the procedure again and I am highly pleased with the results from the follow up meeting three months after the procedure.Dr. Maneeves is very caring, attractive, and very experienced with this procedure. Talking to her is very easy and I now consider her and the staff my new found friends. How many can say that about their doctors?

Dr. Maneevese and her staff are the epitome of careful and kind care. The climate of her practice is warm and inviting; patients are seen as humans rather than items on a production line. The clinical competence, in tandem with excellent communication skills, make for not only a confident but refreshing experience in visiting a physician practice.

Dr.Maneevese is great. So is her staff. They're all caring and compasssionate. During my leg ultrasound, she found enlarged lymph nodes and was concerned about and sent me to heme onc for work up. The work up revealed bad news but i am happy that Dr. Maneevese found early. She cares about not only the body but the patient as a whole. She even walked me upstairs and pulled a same day appoint for the podiatrist. Because of this, I consider her family, my little baby sister

Dr. Maneevese and staff are absolutely amazing! They were extremely friendly, caring and compassionate throughout my entire UFE process. I’ve been suffering from a fibroid the size of a grapefruit for years and really thought my only option was a hysterectomy, which was recommended by my OB and urogynecologist, until I came to my consultation with Dr. Maneevese. She is very thorough and walks you through all of the steps of the procedure. I am currently 6 months out from the UFE and almost all of my symptoms have resolved without a hysterectomy! Especially my tummy, which was the size of a 3 month pregnancy, being flat again! I am beyond grateful for Dr Maneevese and her staff and would HIGHLY recommend anyone suffering from fibroids to see her first because hysterectomy IS NOT YOUR ONLY OPTION!!

Dr.Maneevese and her staff is extremely caring, friendly and also compassionate about their patients. I am so thankful for her as a vascular doctor because she care so much. I went to her because she saved my mother in law life due to her illness and her connections with different doctors and her texting late at night to make sure I had the correct care for my mother in law for that I’m so thankful. And for that she’s not just a doctor but became part of my family.

I was with my mother who was seeing Dr. Maneevese for an unrelated problem and across the room she told me that I need to see her for veins. I was very nervous but i made an appointment and the day of my consultation she did not miss a beat when it came to vein disease, how this affects the look of my leg, and how she could make it all go away in 6 minutes! I had a long list of questioms and she answered them all in a way I could understand. The staff was so efficient, caring, and easy going. You can tell Shaneka is happy to see you with her welcoming smile and Lauren just beams. She loves what she does here. Well done Dr. Maneevese! Can't wait for my swelling, heaviness, spider veins, numbess and tingling to go away with my ablations!
