They do not even deserve 1 star. I’ve been trying to get a prescription for migraines filled since January. It’s now March and I still doing have it. It’s a nightmare! They claim they call you to confirm prescriptions but they don’t actually call. They cancel prescriptions on you and don’t notify anyone.

They deny a medicine I have been on for years and say the amount I would owe is 300– now I have to take a substitute and have been told it costs the same—- sucks at best to get a substitute for the same price as the real stuff

Blue cross blue shield of Texas insurance needs to sign a contract with Optum Specialty Pharmacy.
If you like incompetent staff, then Accredo is your pharmacy!
