This place is so nice. I love the old times small town feel inside. But the customer service isn’t great. No one acknowledged us on both of our visits. We have to hunt and search for associates. Request for help multiple times. Expected a more welcoming experience from the staff but other than that the vibe was nice.

Tried to use in-store credit but lady gave no directions for me to wait, and apparently was training someone and it had been a little bit and so I used my card, but then the lady said “no I didnt enter your credit”…ample amount of time had past for her to enter it. I did not get to use my in-store credit. This will absolutely cost them a customer and anyone who asks me about which hardware store to use.

Mrs. Mary in the key department took customer service to a new level! I went to another ace hardware in the area and “they couldn’t help me” .
Mary greeted me in arrival and took me straight to where I needed to go. Not only was she knowledgeable about the service I needed ( getting keys made) but welcoming as well. She made me feel like I was right at home. And I also didn’t know this store was the biggest Ace in the state!!!! Wow. I took time to look around and check it out. Mary, job well done!

I needed a car key Copied for my automobile. I tried Home Depot and Lowe’s both said they couldn’t Copy the key. A friend of mine told me to try Ace Hardware and I did. I was greeted by Mary who works in the key department and on first try, she couldn’t copy the key, but with her persistent after two tries she was able to copy the key. Mary was a great help and saved me a lot of stress.

I always shop at this store because of my wonderful neighbor Mandi Kuftic. But today when I walked in I needed help in electrical and was blessed to be helped by a wonderful and knowledgeable young lady Name Mary! Her interaction with me as a customer definitely made my day!

I would avoid this location at all cost. They are not honest, they don't call you back in a timely manner either. I bought a rec tec griddle, spent $1100 cooked 4 times and we had issues. I called Ace on a Saturday, was told Sunday it would be picked up, and Paula would schedule this. That never happend. I called back Wednesday hardly got a reasoning to why she didn't call back. Fast forward, she was to follow up with some and get back to me last night. That didn't happen. Finally called me today with no help after asking for a small discount since I did all the leg work. Avoid this store at all cost.
