Very professional and passionate about what they do if I had to move again I would pick Ace Moving and the price was excellent they worked in a timely manner and made sure all my items was wrapped and well taken care of.

After reading the reviews I thought I made the right decision. When the two man crew arrived, one in particular was very unprofessional. I was very uncomfortable with his comments and also the way he handled my belongings. I had everything neatly in place to be picked up. Instead he threw everything I. The garage. Unacceptable!

Packed up my place in no time flat even though I could tell they were tired from other jobs they did before they got to me they were nice and very responsive when I talked with them they took everything in my new place with no problem and placed items where I asked them to be moved I truly enjoyed the service and the guys that moved my stuff the driver even left before we did I moved from the north to the south west side so it was a great move for me

Called Ace one week before my move date and he was able to put me on his schedule for Sunday. I got nervous since it was so close to my M/O date and this wasn’t a “well known company” just someone I found on google. I was hesitant before calling (everyone has bad reviews which is normal) but they didn’t have many. BUT I’m glad I decided to call. They let me know when they were on they way , they showed up shortly after 9 (I work for an ac comp so I NEVER expect someone to be RIGHT on time) mmaybe 9:17 and my time didn’t start til I signed them in. THEY arrived ready to work. I had everything ready for them to breakdown the bedroom and grab everything else that was boxed. They were able to pack my 2b/2b in 45 minutes. I could not believe my eyes (they were two older gentleman in their 40’s) they were friendly and talked to my husband the whole time. Now the thing was, I hired them because we went from the 1st floor to a 3rd floor and I could not possibly carry all that up three flights with an injured husband and they managed to do it in an hour and a half. I was expecting them to take 1-2 hours packing the truck and another 2 to unload totaling to about 4-5 hours. WRONG. they were done it 2.5 hours loading , unloading and packing up three flights of stairs!!! Definitely hiring them the next time !!!!!!

Completely Satisfied... Mr. Ace Jr & the crew worked efficiently & quickly. They worked seamlessly w/ great communication amongst each other. I transferred storage units; from an outside unit to a smaller climate controlled unit. OMG... Mr. Ace packed the unit like it was a tetris board; he neatly organized my belongings & maximised my space. Care was taken with my items. I appreciate the confirmation & communication prior to their arrival. I will never contract any other moving company; Ace Movers did not disappoint!!!

Worst service ever, actually, no service at all. I contacted Ace ten days in advance and received confirmation that they could do the moving job on the days and times I needed. Then I sent Ace a final confirmation the evening before the move and he confirmed. The next morning when nobody showed up I called Ace and he told me he thought the move was for the following day. We were on a very tight schedule and this company put us in a very bad bind. Although I had ten days advance notice and two confirmations the movers never showed up. If you need your furniture moved, do not use this company. They are a joke.Service: Local removals

I’ve used Ace Movers TWICE and I’m making preparations to use to them again in a few weeks! I love their team! The entire team is professional and fun to be around. Most of all, they get the job done in a timely manner and everything arrives safe. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!
