Brought the truck in because the vehicle was slipping a gear, I was told they would change the fluids and reset computer, and this will cost me $2.1k, I assumed that it would be fixed after the process, I was told they test drove it and there were no issues so it was ready to pick it up, when driving home it still was slipping, after they said they test drove it and worked fine. I’ve talked to a few other auto shops that specialize in transmissions, they said that changing the fluids was bad advice, and that they should’ve worked on either getting a new trans or rebuild or trade it in, long story short, it’s not fixed and I’m out $2.1k, I was given credit, but that doesn’t help me now with getting it fixed elsewhere when moneys tight.

This review is based on my experience with the services rendered at this shop. I originally took my vehicle here because it was convenient and had good reviews but I WONT BE RECOMMENDING this place If your vehicle has a complex issue. They will take your money and have you guessing on what is wrong with your vehicle. I had to take my vehicle back to this shop not once but TWICE and they could never fix the problem. I barely made it home after the second time I brought my vehicle to them. THANK GOD I was home when my vehicle stalled on me and they had claimed that they had my vehicle ready. I spent over 4k and they never fixed the problem and when I went back to let them know that my vehicle was not ready they told me to bring the vehicle back for the 3rd round. I DID NOT BRING THE VEHICLE BACK TO THEM. Do not go to this place if your vehicle has ESC problems because they will take your money and have you going back and forth and what they done fixed. The only good thing about them is their communication. I will say they always answered your calls and messages promptly. But at the end my vehicle was not fixed and wouldn’t even turn on once I got home the second time bringing my vehicle to them. Hope this review helps someone in the same situation as me. Save your time and money.

Very disappointed with this shop. We clearly explained the A/C issue and the noise it was making, but they said they “didn’t hear anything.” We had to keep calling for updates since no one ever reached out. After all that, they didn’t fix or even try to fix the problem. When they called to ask how the service was and we gave honest feedback, they hung up on us. Terrible customer service and mechanics — I honestly don’t understand how this place has good reviews.

I had a great experience with this mechanic shop! They did an excellent job fixing my vehicle and had it running like new again. The team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. The repair was completed on time and at a fair price. I really appreciate their quality work and great customer service—highly recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable auto repairs!

Pressure sales repair shop. Thought they were professional but that’s about it. Came in because the battery was faulty and somehow they were taking off the tires to replace brake pads. Pressured us to replace them even though we came in for a BATTERY. Didn’t even ask if they could take them off, just went ahead and did it. If a business does something without my permission, I’m not paying for it. Terrible way of doing business.

Jae was super wonderful! Very honest and had proof behind everything that he found wrong with my car . He helped me get a better understanding and gave some good mechanical advice I highly recommend coming here requesting for Jae if possible

WOW……
This shop went above and beyond, and I want to apologize if I’ve forgotten anyone’s names that helped. My truck broke down and Donovan, Paco, Glen, Chris, David, Luis & Ryan pushed my truck into the shop avoiding a high tow bill. These 7 guys immediately went to work on my truck and diagnosed the issue. It was a simple fix and they had me back on the road.
I can promise you from this one experience, that if you are looking for a repair shop or even an oil change to come here. These guys are trusted and go above and beyond for any of there customers.

I stopped coming here b/c I always felt like I was being overcharged! My recent visit reconfirmed this! Quoting me $1,000 to replace/install grill assembly w/Mercedes part. Found new MB part for $379 and authorized MB mechanic is doing it for $50! Yep, can’t trust I’m getting treated fairly!

Should’ve been obvious, but we took a car in for a ‘free evaluation’ then they ended up charging at least $1k for repairs we technically didn’t ask for, but they did them anyway.
And I know someone is going to try to leave a response about how sorry y'all are but the way the staff acted didn't seem to show that sentiment.
Never coming here again and would never recommend this place to anyone else.

I had lights turn on on my way from Houston to Austin and went to Adam’s automotive on Saturday. They fixed the issue that day and also provided information about what should be fixed under warranty at my dealership rather than selling me uncovered services. They also shuttled me from and to the service center. I 100% recommend. Coby was a great person to work with. He sent me videos of what was wrong and my car drove great back to Austin.
