DO NOT ship packages here with UPS. Someone opens my package. Stole items and destroyed the rest. When speaking with the Manager. He was nonchalant, and lack 0 understanding to the circumstances.

Asked to check the check engine light and the lady came out put the machine on the vehicle and said these are codes go to Google and see what it's for. Customer service is horrible instead of hey lets check inside to see what's going on. I'm not asking for you to fix my vehicle but why tell your customers to look something up when clearly that's what there getting paid to do.

Do not buy anything from this location! I bought a pack of hubcaps for $60 and 2 of them came off while I was driving, a day after I bought them. Also there's cracks in them So I called them and told them what happen and they told me to come in to exchange them. So I went the next morning and they told me the manager will not be in till the next morning. So I went again the next morning which is today and Helen the manager told me I will not be able to get an exchange because they did not put them on but they don't even have that option. They are sorry and I will not be back ! If I could I would put 0 stars !

Very bad service, the lady who works there has a very bad attitude, I was going to buy some lights for a Ford, I showed her the photo of what light it is and she tells me that she doesn't know because she has never had a Ford, the stupidest answer because I should to know of course that he works there, if they had 0 stars I would give them to him

I went to get my package from H&M, the guys were very friendly, but confused as to how I look for the package. Hahaha that was funny! I wanted to tell them: if you want, I'll look for it!! Lol not true!! ???? all good! My package ? safe and sound.
