Horrible customer service if I could give it ZERO stars I would. Went in for a check engine light and the rude lady in the front told me she could check it but I have to basically google the code and figure it out myself. WTF IS THE POINT IN COMING TO AN AUTO PART STORE. stupid. Taking my business to AUTOZONE

Came in here this morning to get replacement wiper blades I greeted bother older and younger Spanish women neither one look it. I waited another 5-10 minutes then I walked out Poor reception that's rude you know if you had to return anything you will have a problem

They did not want to replace my battery even though I had warranty and they said the battery wasn’t bad. My husband STUDIED THIS! YES MY BATTERY IS BAD! They have very incompetent people working for this company.

Very poor customer service waited twenty minutes just to be seen when there was only one person in the store, I called. Several times did not get an answer before going to store. As I was in the store, I observe the phone ringing constantly, without being answered, when none of the employees were busy.

They didn't want to help me today. All I wanted was for them to run the code on indicator lights. Two people tried to convince me it wouldn't help. The lady dragged her feet and followed me out to my car. Terrible customer service ?

I like this location. They are always helpful, but they really need to install a self-checkout. There is no reason why people who only need to be in and out to buy something without assistance should have to wait an upward of 10 minutes or more. There is another auto parts location that I go to (I think AutoZone) that has a self-checkout and the process works just fine.
