I bought an alternator that was remanufactured a month ago. Of course to no fault of the store it turn out faulty defective a month later. I had lost my receipt, went to the store but they weren’t able to pull my info. I genuinely thought I was out 500$ and going to have to shell out another 500$. But I gave a call to the store and spoke with manager Lorenzo. Guy was helpful from the start. Really made me feel like he was going to find a solution from the moment he picked up my call. He was able to pull up my info turns out my number was inputted with one number off. Either way dude is a life saver!

My car wouldn’t start after I put gas at the Murphy USA across the street from your store. I went to your store to buy cables so I could get a jump. Alex told me that if the car was here he could jump me. He didn’t care he had to walk across the street with his battery jump. After the jump he offered to test my battery and my alternator. He determined my battery was dead and wasn’t taking a charge. He educated me on battery selections.I am in sales, so I know the difference in making a sale and winning over a customer. Thanks to Alex, I am home having a hot meal instead of waiting for my insurance to send someone to give me a jump. I told Alex I wouldn’t forget him.To the management of this store: if you taught Alex advanced customer service skills, he will be your superstar. If not, he has developed enhanced customer engagement skills. Either way, you must develop and reward these skills, otherwise, he will be someone else’s superstar.O’Reilly, auto zone, nor napa have ever helped me like this, so you have a loyal customer because of the actions of a young 18 or 19 year old. Alex didn’t look older than that. Please tell Alex that I appreciated his help.
