I had to move furniture last minute and I was able to find a unit right away with the help of Tangelia who is the property manager working there. The prices were amazing compared to everything around me in the Galleria area. As well as no admin fees and way cheaper locks than at other storage units. Everything worked out smoothly as it was a stressful moving day. Thank you so much Tangelia for all your help! :)

Tangelia was very kind, welcoming, and informative. I received a prompt follow up regarding my rental reservation request. After expressing my concerns about sizing, Tangelia assisted me with the best customer service and provided the proper unit for my needs. I felt a warm presence when entering the office to get things set up for my unit rental. The office smelled amaaaazing! It was also refreshingly cool inside- yayyyys!
I love how secure the facility is. The location of the storage facility is super convenient for me and thank heavens I got lucky with an easy to access unit! I took advantage of the promo and I’m glad I did. I did some number crunching between initial cost, lock fees, and admin fees and this deal worked best so I’m soooo fortunate to have received an all and all good deal. Customer service is definitely golden to me and that was also a win for me.
